β β β β β This isnt a retail or business location. It's a personal residence and the owner operates it out of their home.
You have to contact the owner and set a time to drop off and pick up the knives or for an appt. The hours of operation are not correct. I advise texting the owner for setting up sharpening appts.
This is an fyi for anyone reading the reviews.
In terms of service
-Ted was fast to respond to my texts
- fast to service my knives, less than 24h turn around time
- pricing is very reasonable
- customer service was good
- I had 8 knives sharpened, butcher, serrated, pairing, etc. All sharpened well.
- all knives failed the paper test prior to sharpening, all knives passed the paper test after sharpening.

My girlfriend was a little skeptical, as she is very protective of her knives, and she was βblown awayβ by the fantastic job done.
I would recommend Ted to anyone that is interested in getting the knives sharpened, and I give him not only a 10 out of 10, but how about 100 out of 10!

β β β β β Excellent service and results. Took a 20 year-old kitchen knife and 40 year-old pair of fabric shears that had not been sharpened before and they are cutting like new again. Ted is friendly and provides efficient turnaround time while you wait. 10/10 will return and would recommend to others.
