β β β β β The lamb mandi is delicious, I have never had any mandi that was so good. The meat is always tender and falls right off the bone.
No doubt they have excellent food but they are very unpredictable with their service hours. Google says they are open from 3 pm-12am but donβt trust that completely. I went there around 5pm a couple weeks ago and they were closed. There was no notice on the door or anything so I called the owner who then said the chef is sick. It was a bit irritating since I come from Durham region and it is a bit of a drive but things happen so it wasnβt a big deal.
I wanted to go there again today and I have been calling the owner since 3 pm but he has not been picking up his calls. Very unreliable
This is my go to place for mandi but I would recommend calling ahead to see if they are open.

β β β β β Really nice owners and great homemade style food! Ordered the mandi lamb and motabak, and wasnβt disappointed. The food was delicious, gave a very homemade feeling and taste. The place isnt as clean as you would like, but its great nicely cooked food!

β β β β β The food is great. They are severely understaffed, so expect delays. I ordered an hour ahead for 2 servings of their mandi platter and still had to wait for 40 mins after getting there.
Edit from 3 stars: The management assured me that they have worked on the cleanliness of the restaurant. Increased to 4 stars now because the wait time was still pretty terrible.

β β β β β 5 stars is not even enough!! this place needs a 10 on 5 stars! i in love with the food there!!!! best mandi ever and very generous portions!! It's the owner and his family that mainly work there and they are all very welcoming and super sweet!! This place is definetely worth the try!! If you go once you will not regret and you will become addicted to it! you will dream of the food night and day!! We drive all the way from montreal to eat there! Plus, he moved a few stores from the place he was at and it's now cleaner and looks nicer and more comfortable to sit and eat in!

β β β β β Had two servings of Lamb Mandi through take out, and was blown away! The lamb was incredibly soft, and the rice was delicious. Way more than enough food for two people. I was very pleased with the meal, and would go back again.

β β β β β Went there for the first-ever time. Yummy...mmmmm I loved the flavorful "laham mandi ". Good quantity of succulent lamb shanks spread over flavoured Basmati Rice. The Yemeni owner is an amazing person too. The decor could be improved.
I drank the famous Arabic coffee later which helps digest the food.
