★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been to any other podiatry clinic in the city, and I don't believe I will ever need to again since the Dalhousie Station Foot Clinic is a top notch clinic with an amazing staff.
The team there is friendly and inviting with a high level of attention to detail and customer service, and each visit has been an all around enjoyable experience, even through the pain of my ingrown toenail surgery's.
I originally had both of my big toes operated on when I was a teenager for ingrown nails, but the issue came back over time. Almost two decades later, I recently inquired to see if the guarantee was applicable still, and as it turns out, when the clinic says lifetime guarantee, they mean it!
I'm ecstatic that my issue is resolved again, and happy to be big toe pain-free for the second time (hopefully the last time my nails bother me). Dr. Russell is extremely fast and efficient with the surgery as well, which is a huge bonus!
Thanks to Dr. Russell and the staff at the clinic for all of their help as it is greatly appreciated!
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone I know who is in need of assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Russell is everything you want your doctor to be. He is compassionate, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explains your problem in a respectful manner using words that are understandable to a nonmedical person. He writes things down and with my permission, talked to my daughter explaining the situation to her. His office is impeccable and his staff are all very kind and helpful. The surgical treatment and postoperative care that I received from Dr. Russell was first class. I was in considerable pain for months and months having seen other podiatrists without any relief and frankly misdiagnosis. Dr. Russell recognized the seriousness of my foot problem. Urgent surgery was required. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was virtually pain free immediately after the surgery. I am pleased to report that I am back wearing shoes and walking normally again. I am truly grateful to Dr. Russell for saving my foot. Thank you Dr. Russell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Russell was great to work with. I have been struggling with ingrown nails all my life. I love the fact that the ingrown nail treatment was guaranteed. The procedure (aside from the numbing needles) was virtually painless. I also greatly appreciate his punctuality and scheduling! I never had to wait more than a few minutes to see him. I had seen a different podiatrist in the past who always saw me one hour after my scheduled appointment time. That does not happen at this clinic. The nurses and ladies at the front desk are also very kind and helpful.
I am incredibly happy with the procedure and this clinic as a whole, and if I ever have foot problems in the future I will definitely be coming back here.

Dr. Russell is an amazing person he was professional and friendly. As well, the office is clean, bright and quiet. The treatment was quick and effective. The experience I had there was 5/5 stars and would 100% recommend going!

Dr. Russell as I've been dealing with ingrowns for years (thanks dance and heels) and I had finally had enough. From beginning to end, I have no complaints. The front desk staff and nurses are absolutely incredible, and Dr. Russell was kind, professional and punctual.
I felt totally at ease with the procedure, and really appreciate all the follow-ups to ensure optimal healing. I'm back dancing (pain free!!) and it is such a relief. My toes look great and would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Podiatrist provides excellent care in an immaculate environment. Dr. Russell is personable, caring and gives professional treatment whenever I have need of his services. I had a traumatic injury to my foot which became infected - appointment made and surgical treatment provided within 24 hours - other than seeking help in an ER (waiting for hours in a pandemic!) where else could one get treated so quickly and so well? Worth every penny spent.
The front desk staff are efficient and friendly, don't hesitate to seek Podiatry care at this clinic.
