★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have always liked DQs burgers, but not this time. We stopped by around 7 pm on a Wednesday and there were a couple cars lined up ahead of us using the drive-thru.
We ordered the 2 for $7 double cheese burgers, small fries, onion rings and a small gravy (total was over $16). We did ask for extra onions on the burgers but were told that they don't come with onions so there would be an additional charge. We said no to that.
Considering the time of day and the short line, we thought we'd be getting hot and fresh burgers assembled nicely. Hah! They were luke warm, with hardly an condiments (ketchup and mustard) and did not taste good.
We'll be looking for a different burger place.
Update: we were offered our same order again and we took them up on it. This time the burgers were hot and fresh. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service was so disgustingly horrendously slow, it took around 20 minutes to get 2 blizzards. I am now late to school and I’m about to get expelled, I cannot go to Harvard now. The world just lost a future world renowned cardiac surgeon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff did not flip my blizzards upside down when I told them they refused my claim for the upside or it's free rule, ever since I was a kid they've always flipped it upside down, very disappointing.

So carelessness.....give my money back
Ordered a Customized Gluten free cake and they handed over a Ice-Cream Cake without telling that it would be a ice-cream cake if we ask for Gluten free....it's a total waste of money and time we put in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a nut free blizzard and 3 scoops in I started getting an allergy reaction. I told one of the workers and she blamed it on me saying I should have told them. Which is really rude. I ended up using my $100 epipen over some workers who don’t clean their machines. This is by far the worst Dairy Queen experience ever. And to top it off the fries were undercooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best DQ 8ve been to across the country. Great service, the young people actually seem okay to be working, and they do an awesome job. Unbelievable burgers and fantastic onion rings. Such a pleasant experience every time.
