★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for ice cream in this heatwave and was very disappointed. The milk shake was basically melted ice cream with strawberry chunks not blended at all, and the dipped cone my girlfriend received was a stump of melted ice cream dipped in a thin layer of chocolate, once she bit into it the entire thing leaked all over her and my car. I get it's busy with the current weather situation but us being served this is careless and bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I really enjoy this location but today they really dropped the ball!! I went in to special order an ice cream cake for mothers day on May 5th. I requested no crunch filling in the center but extra fudge. My mom never treats herself to this sort of thing so I wanted to make it special. She was so disappointed when I cut into the cake to find the most pitiful amount of fudge in the center. Really wish that they had gotten this special order right.
