★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m never a person to snap over fast food service but I have never experienced such poor service ever. I do not blame the young kids working there, I blame the terrible management. Not only did a basket of chicken strips take longer than 20 minutes (which was not the worst thing) BUT after my food sitting for such a long time the cashier touched my small fry (not the container.. the actual fries) after handling about 10 orders of cash. I was absolutely disgusted. Not only that, after she washed her hands she continued to put the fries back in my take out bag and was shocked that I wouldn’t take them. They also didn’t give me the onion rings ordered and when the kitchen staff was told they yelled out a big “F bomb”…As well there was no dipping sauce in the bags. Again, these are young kids and don’t know all the proper practices but this should not be an excuse especially during the health issues we have today. Management needs to be held accountable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location on Friday, Oct 8 at around 5:45pm. I watched the front counter girl as she waited on customers. She was very cheerful and helpful. She then took my order and was very personable. I am going through a tough time right now and this young lady brightened my day so thank you for being so awesome! I just wish I had her name as she deserves recognition for providing excellent customer service with a wonderfully upbeat personality! Kudos to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I came through the drive through this afternoon and heard the management screaming at the young employees. This came off as very unprofessional. These kids are young and I can tell they work hard. Sad the see how they are being treated especially in-front on customers.

Ask them to stop microwave the burger!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a peanut buster parfait. Sadly, the topping seemed to be 75% salt and 25% peanuts. I wish I had questioned it and requested a new one when I saw it but was miles away before the first inedible bite. I gave it 2 stars because my husbands blizzard seemed fluffy and full of Reeses.
