★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered $90 worth of food and coffee through the drive-thru when they opened at 5AM and only felt a small bit of resentment directed at me instead of pure hatred. Having worked a drive-thru myself, I know how hard that would have been to accomplish ? Also the friendliest lady ever the other guy mentioned is real and she's amazing.

You wait nearly four times longer in the drive through than other Tim’s, the quality of their meals is highly questionable, getting eggshells constantly, and the staff are like robots, no personality or reason to spark conversation,
Truly a poor experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bitter, unhappy staff :( I get it but also fake a smile at work, we get paid to. Food/beverage is average but that's most fast food joints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for three or four minutes in the queue (I was the first in the line ) while no one even acknowledged that anyone was there. I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was going to serve us (by this time there were three people behind me). After they took my order , Roast beef sandwich, a muffin, and a diet coke, someone passed me a muffin in a bag and a small box. I got to my table , opened the box and found a cream filled doughnut. I took it back to the counter and told the person that I had ordered a roast beef sandwich not a doughnut and was asked why I took the doughnut. I was handed the box and didn't know what was in it. I understand that it is sometimes busy and things get backed up but this service or lack thereof was an epic fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff here are amazing but despite repeated comments to the duty managers, and even requests for paper between donuts, I get this. At a certain point it just feels crummy and like people don’t respect the money you’re spending.
