D	Dustin Friesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't know why your telling people to avoid the D7 Properties!?! the office staff are always very helpful! if I need some work done it happens withen 1 week. plumbing much faster 1 to 2 days for repairs. I stay in Lorel Apartment block & I can say for a fact the tall apartment block on my side of the street is much much worse at being taken care of! the caretaker at the building told me himself the block has bugs (bed bugs) so he buys a spray & dose it himself, causing them to spread throughout the entire building until someone called an exterminator & I've seen the there (last 3 years) several times a month, the block has such an infestation it's hard to tell if they will ever be exterminated. if anything watch out for that blocks property management. I've been living beside that building for 8years now, the last 3 years I've seen exterminator at a minimum 3 times/week! not good staff!!!

A	Adroid Advice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stars to the office staff. 0 Stars to the owners who pay this company to manage their properties. I have no issues with the office staff. They've done their best to be extremely cordial and helpful. However their hands are tied in when it comes to doing the right, ethical and moral thing. The owners will always have the final say. If the owners lose RTB cases, they take vengeance on the renters and find other ways to make them pay. They charge above fair market value for rent and parking, and they expect you to not complain if you are falling through your floors. The owners are greedy vengeful tyrannical millionaires. By definition, the owners (not the property management) are slumlords.
T	Triple Threat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D7 Property management is an absolute joke. I moved into an apartment which had bedbugs and they were trying to pin point it on me. Prior to moving in I specifically had asked if there was bedbugs as there was an epidemic in the city and given they pushed my possession date back. They replied with “no, it’s just usual maintenance”. Turns out the block had them. They got “Low Cost Exterminators” (also a joke) to in-fumigate my suite. Which is pointless unless you do EVERY suite; they’ll just crawl their way back. Which is exactly what happened. I found one the next day on my kitchen counter of all places. To validate my case I got a neighbour to confirm they also had bedbugs, and another witness I lived with before that stated I did not prior to moving in. In the end I took them to court and broke my lease but wasn’t compensated for many of the things I had to discard, nor for the fees of a storage locker to stow the rest of my furniture until the eggs were dormant (which takes a year). I would NOT recommend doing any business with this shady unprofessional company and would rate them a negative if given the chance. In less than a month of possession I moved right back out but what a dirty, costly mistake that was.

The ladies at the desk and on the phone have been kind; they expect respect from the clients just as you would expect some in return. The apartment I moved into has been renovated, and the care taker had made a huuugge effort to keep the peace and order, by keeping the building safe, implementing rules about noise and responding kindly to calls. I'm overall grateful for being here. I don't think any place is perfect and this is COVID, mind you. We need patience and balance.
K	Kym Gibbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter moved into the magnus apartments and they failed to tell her that the suite next door was infested with cockroaches.and had they told her she would have not moved in. The suite next door were gross dirty people and the property place D7 had to spray twice and she is still having issues with the roaches coming into her place

Our previous property owner knew how to do their job, but D7 is all about cashing rents and ignoring all issues. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy and would give them 0 stars if I could.
