The lady who gave us the intro of our apartment was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The leasing manager Sandy is also very kind, professional and quickly responds to my emails.

They have always been very responsive and kind to us with any issues that have arisen in our units. We absolutely love our current building and the only reason we are leaving is due to us purchasing a home. I would recommend our current building (Aura and Lumen at 70/80 Barnes street) and Karma management to anyone!

From my personal experience over the almost 3 years, Karma has been dedicated to create and maintain a high quality community for all of owners and tenants.
Besides annual inspection and maintenance, Karma executes a series of measures to ensure all residents' health and life quality in the unexpected pandemic era.
In terms of daily life, it's inevitable to encounter all kinds of issues, raging from repair, replacement to my spontaneous parking spot request, Sandy and our resident manager are always responsive and receptive.
Glad to find Karma in the first place.

Dave does an amazing job keeping the building clean and fixing issues inside and outside of our suites. They've also put in place reasonable rules and guidelines for all owners and tenants to follow, which helps to make our building a great place to live.

My manager Sandy is super responsive when I face issues with my unit and the resident manager is always there in time for maintenance. Sandy is very responsive to emails and any issues or repairs are addressed within a couple days. Also, the building is well maintained and always kept clean. We have enjoyed living here and appreciate how professional the management is. Another plus, the units are spacious, well kept, and affordable. I would highly reccomend renting with Karma Property Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property management has no concerns regarding tenants , extremely rude behaviour whether the apartment is cleaned after moving or not they not gonna return your damaged deposit .
I deposited $400 as a security damage when I moved to their property. But at the time of left . They had a word with me that they gonna cut only $60 for cleaning .but they didn’t give me any money .

I have had absolutely ZERO issues with them and every time I have an issue, a question, or a complaint; it is dealt with immediately, and within an hour I'm getting a service call request.
They treat their properties like they own them and they treat their tenants like family. If anybody tells you different, it's because they can't pay the bills on time or they don't treat the property right.
