I	Ian Hansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Megan, the caretaker at the rossmore is fantastic, any issues we've had get resolved incredibly quickly . Maintenance is on staff, not contracted out, so things get dealt with properly and quickly. Didn't increase our rent as much as they could have when lease renewal came up due to covid. All in all, great experience and I would highly recommend.

The Fontana is a beautiful character apartment (with old character quirks). Our family made suite 2 a home for 3 years and it was very bittersweet to leave. 10/10 would recommend.

The building and property were well maintained and management was friendly and quick to respond to maintenance issues. We moved out recently and communication by Lynn & Kelly about our move-out - including plenty of notice when viewings would be taking place - was excellent. Our security and pet deposits were returned in good time and in full with no problems. We would absolutely rent from this company again.

Both suites had been recently renovated with new kitchens, bathrooms and flooring throughout. Kathy and Doug were amazing caretakers, keeping the building immaculately clean, as well as the sidewalks cleared and the gardens well maintained. They are friendly, warm and very approachable. We only left because we've just moved to the UK. Caitlyn at the main office was a huge help to us as well, providing a tenant reference for us as we searched for a new home in the UK. We've had a great experience with Houston Properties.
A	Arizona Can on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management. 75 and 85 young street. They are unreasonable and lie to you and Residential tenants branch. They keep the heat at minimum regulation and didn’t acknowledge there was a problem when I told them the heat drops below minimum when the heaters shut off. Lyne and Witney are horrible people. They know I’m on E.I and they tried to evict me because I was 9 days late on my rent, even thought I told them I didn’t get my e.I payment they still tried to evict me anyways. Disgusting people in management and the people that hire them.
P	Pamela Thrift on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daylene and Rob live on-site and take really good care of the building at 47 Furby. They are friendly, prompt and really hardworking. The snow is always cleared right down to the pavement in front of the building. They are awesome caretakers! :)

Place was well taken care of numerous times I was woken up by the caretakers early in the mornings going about there business of shovelling snow vacuuming and other tasks which tells you just how clean the place is which I loved. Whitney (property manager) is by far the greatest property manager in this city responses back to issues and situations quickly and is just a text away. Lynn (Office Staff) special shout out to her for dealing with tenant situations and being understanding. Two of my sisters now found homes with Houston Properties and you should to! Thanks Houston Properties for the years!

Dealing with the Caretaker Megan was always great, she really works hard at keeping all the tenants comfortable. The Management, specifically Courtney Budd, was extremely helpful & responsive in meeting all needs and requests during my stay at 80 Roslyn! She was so graceful in helping me sublet my place. I HIGHLY recommend this Property Management company to anyone. Thank you so much Houston Properties, I will miss you guys. Blessings to you ???
