I am very disappointed with the staff at 15 ARDEN AVE. WINNIPEG, MB. I Moved in on July 1, 2017. I was very shocked that the apartment was not clean. It hadn't been cleaned to my standards to begin with and they never acted like it mattered. Within days, I realized my apartment was bug inivested! I collected them in a jar and took them to POULINS. They told me the were LARDER BEETLES. They were coming out of the baseboards in the form of worms and full grown Beatles. The staff arranged to have my apartment sprayed. After it was sprayed, the were still coming out of the baseboards alive. This went on for at least two months . I actually taped my baseboards with masking tape to trap them.. was MY next problem was, the AC did not work right from the 1st of July and I sweeltered in the heat with no AC. A repair man came and spent nearly a whole day trying to fix it. He finally said I can't fix it and told me to forget the thermostat and work it manually. That is what I did for the whole summer. I would turn on the fan and when it got too cold, I would turn it OFF. That is how I survived the whole summer. Now winter has nearly arrived and no one has come to fix my thermostat. I am still turning on the fan to warm the apt. And then, turning it OFF when it gets to hot. I left a message on the phone for Murray and never received a reply. That was last week and I am totally fed up. I am paying 1100.00 per month and am being totally neglected by the management. I really find it hard to believe this is really happening to a senior citizen!!!!! TO add to that , the building is not clean to what I have been used to. The smell in the laundry room takes my breath away. There is some issue there that hasn't been fixed and WHY NOT!!!!! The laundry room is not clean, waste baskets are not emptied each day and the floor is not washed each day. I had to inform them that the washing machines have to have the doors left open because they become moly smelling if they are not aired out after each use.Now, tenants are leaving them open thanks to note that Murray put up in the laundry room. THere could be many improvements made in this block!!! The majority of the people here are young and don't care about the condition of the block but I do and want to see improvements made in the condition of this apt block. Also, the garbage Shute room on the ninth floor is never cleaned!!! I put up my own note to the tenants to PLEASE TIE UP YOUR GARBAGE BEFORE PUTTING IT DOWN THE SHUTE!!!! There were LARDER BEETLES IN THE GARBAGE SHUTE ROOM!!!! FULL GROWN ONES..This is not acceptable and changes need to be made in the cleanliness dept of this Apt block!!!!! got

This is a wonderful place to live. Yes there were a few problems when I moved in and there have been a few more throughout the time I've been here but the managers of this building acted quickly and did everything they could to help. I feel that every building will always have problems but the most important thing is how the management respond and how fast. I can't speak about all of timbercreek but I can say that 15 arden has been an exceptional experience.

Good place to live. We have a nice view. Unfortunately our sofa didn't fit tru. Celing is to low.. Had to dispose it on the day of moving. Im a bike lover. But this isnt a bike friendly apartment. Need to bring it inside our apartment.. but overall good place to live
