On-site building managers are great people, quick to respond and keep the building, sidewalks and parking lot clean, safe and very well maintained. Residents are quiet, no party’s, no police presence, no break in’s or theft of my apartment or of my car in outdoor parking lot. Under 10 minute walk to 10 different style restaurants, medical clinic, physiotherapy clinic and family foods. 15 minute walk to St. Vital Mall and WalMart. Bus stops right out front door direct to U of M, U of W or to downtown core without need for transfers. I am able to watch 4 separate fireworks displays on new years eve from my 7th floor balcony and multiple others throughout the year from the forks. Dakota Towers is a great place to live for a wide range of demographics.
C	Celina Madayag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are currently living at Dakota Tower at 1106 St. Mary's rd. Winnipeg and we are loving it here. The building is near and accessible to almost everything, it is near to KFC, 7-11, a&w, a grocery, walk in clinic, schools, gas station, and St. vital mall. In addition to that just outside the building are bus stop route 14, 51 and 54. 3 years ago, we came as a permanent resident from one of the third world country. We were new to all that we see and experience from what we have back home. However, since the managers in this building Bob and Colleen are very nice and friendly, we adjusted just like that. They are very accommodating and approachable. Whenever we have problems, or even just an enquiry they are ready to help anytime and anywhere. We feel welcome and indifferent to others even if we are in a different culture. Our unit is different from what we have back home, it is big and warm. It has no bugs, or rodents that we see, it makes us safe and secure specially with regards to our children. Safety precautions are regularly checked and monitored by the managers. If there are problems with the unit, it is addressed by the managers Bob and Colleen asap.

The building is well maintained, always clean and the flowers in the front are beautiful in the spring, summer and fall. Colleen and Bob are friendly and efficient. Always ready to help and solve problems as arise.

Awesome resident managers -- Bob and Colleen were very approachable and always ready to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible. I appreciate how attentive they were to our needs -- most times we don't even have to ask, they already know what to do!

The location is perfect (near St Vital Park and St Vital Shopping Mall) and the suite is spacious and looks pretty good. Dakota Towers is maintained by awesome resident managers Colleen and Bob. They are very helpful and friendly and can solve quickly any problem with your suite. Great apartments rental really depends on how well it is managed and maintained and per our experience this place deserves five stars. I recommend it to anyone looking apartments in St. Vital.

The common area holds a nice sitting area where you can chat with other tenants and wait for your laundry on the main floor. The building is clean, quite and has frendly neighbors. Best of all, the resident managers Bob and Colleen live on site if you need them for anything. My partner and I were sad to leave having resident managers like them. We would move back if we could.

I rented a one bedroom suite for 2.5 years.From the day I met them till now, they have been a perfect example of building managers. They are always there for me any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. They will fix or replace anything as top priority for you. Not only does Bob&Colleen care for their tenants but the building as well. They are constantly making the building safer and pleasant every day/week/month. Most of all, they treated me with such respect and professionalism. This building is so underrated, the concrete structure makes it absolutely noise free at night. Lived here for 2.5 years I never had any problems with bugs whatsoever. And not to mention the super convenient location Thanks again to Bob&Colleen for the wonderful living experience that make me feel like home every day!

Not only did they wait for me, but they also assisted with taking my bags to the apartment. Aside from Bob and Colleen’s exceptional customer service, the apartments are spacious, clean, and close to almost everything – e.g., public buses, St. Vitae Center, Downtown, and the University of Manitoba. Furthermore, because it is strategically situated, you can easily find someone to continue your lease if you need to move before your lease expires. In my case, even when the person approved for my apartment later cancelled the agreement, Colleen got another person within two days. Overall, I recommend Dakota Towers to anyone looking for an apartment in the St. Vitae community.
