Living in Fort Garry Tower we had ups and downs but the one's that are working in the office now,they are the best not just to me to others too. For example when something is broken or whatever they fix it right away but the others that used to work in the office they took 2 months or more than to fix your suit problem. But now the new management the building is quite ,clean and safe for my kids. I'm very thankful to live in this building because of the new management thank you again and keep up the good work Sincerely, Hilina B
B	Brigitte Bermudez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. Our experience in Fort Garry Tower have been very pleasant. I love this place because is really quiet and all our neighbours are kind. The best thing, is that in the corner we have a big park, we don't have pets, but for people with dogs is a really good option, because this park has a dogs area or something like that. Is really close to The Forks, just 5 minutes walking through the Riverwalk that is located beside the building. A lot of bus routes (2 blocks from Main St and 1 block from Broadway). We don't have cockroaches in our apartment (I think that this is not true). Thanks!

Management addresses any issues quickly. Neighbours are friendly. I think the building has been improving with a new management team.

The building manager (Ammy) is really nice, she speaks English and Spanish and this is awesome for new comers, because sometimes you cannot find the correct words to explain the things that you would like to have in your new home. Additionally, Garry (or Superman) is really kind, he is always giving the support to the building (all tenants love him). It is important to mention that in our apartment we haven't had any problems with bugs as somebody mentioned. Thanks guys. You are doing a great job for all of us. Keep it up!

If you are reading this review, do not move into the building, at least do your homework before moving in because this place is nothing but headaches. You managers hide in the office and lock it so no one can talk with you, you have no class don't act like you will sort anything out, you run and hide from your problems so stop the front.

When I first moved in 3 years ago, I didn't feel safe in the building at all as there were always questionable tenants, visitors in and out constantly, police cars out front and building managers were changing constantly. Since Ammy took over, they have improved security, the wellness of the building (constant pest control, fixing what's broken, etc.), did beautiful landscaping out front with a seating area, added a new gym and the friendliness of the building team has been very pleasant. Every time we have a concern, we are addressed quickly and efficiently. We love living here and want to thank Ammy, Garry and team for taking care of the tenants and building so well. :)
A	Alejandra B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New managers avoid responsibility. Late notices for shut downs or what ever else they do. No email notices either since they came in. Bet they’ll blame it on yourself too. The building itself is well. Better management is needed for sure.

People like me don't have family support to depend on during uncertain times. Management acted like a family providing food and temporary residence. I would totally recommend renting here. Been staying here for over an year and so far the management is super reliable and understanding. Greatly appreciated and delighted to be with Timbercreek I wished I had apartment pictures, though I'm posting pictures of all the experiences you can at a walking distance, maybe sitting at your apartment too, its great! Surrounding area is one of the safest in downtown too!
