★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constant noise, jack hammers, drills, hammering...several hours a day, every day,....rent increase approved by Rentalsman 8,to 12 % per year last 2 years I have been here...says that maintenance issues are "improvements.."......I work shift work, and can not get any sleep.
I am moving .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sold my house and needed somewhere temporary to live before I moved out of province, and I had heard good things about Fort Garry Place. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and unlike what I’d heard. I had spent over $2,500 for my stay of around 6 weeks and this place was most definitely not worth that kind of money! They claimed the place had been renovated before I arrived, and yet the appliances were from the 70’s, the couch was ripped up and worn out, and the place had a very outdated feel. The walls were also paper thin and everything could be heard around you. Shortly after arriving, a party went on all night in the suite below me, so we called the 24 hour security who were powerless and useless. The security had also told me that they called the police, but they never showed. The party went on until 9am the next morning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not give these crooks your money. They will increase your rent 8-12% every year without doing any work to your suite and then find the most ridiculous reasons to not return your deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my worst experience i ever had in my life time and this place is full of bed bugs. The land lord even did not even bothered to tell us about the bed bugs infestation that was already been in the unit that we were in. And now they are trying to say its because of us. My neighbour had bed bugs infestation too. We had bugs from 6 months and still is undergoing the treatment. Worst landlord she doesnt respond to email calls and she doesn’t even let us talk to her manager. No one lease this place worst staff and land lord
