They did everything, including advertising, showing, checking references, walk-throughs, and even collecting the deposit from the new tenant. If you want to avoid the pain of finding tenants, you should give Eric and Prince a call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to reach anyone at JXPM, they have a weird impersonal automated text response system in place. Was a challenge to book a viewing, and then when I finally did and went... the suite didn't feature many of the things from the listing. The person showing me the place was polite, but couldn't answer literally any of my questions about cost of utilities, the other tenants, previous tenants or anything. Also showed absolutely no interest in asking me what I was looking for, etc. My understanding is JX had just acquired the suite and knew nothing about it.. but if that's the case -- don't list it, and don't show it until you do. Even if the place met expectations, way too many red flags from JX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prince and his team did a good job of managing my property over the past year while I worked in another province, including advertising the rental opportunity, reviewing candidates, collecting the rent and organizing service calls. JXPM has service providers for every occasion and, most importantly, my renter was satisfied with the support he received. I would not hesitate to hire JXPM again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JX Property management did an excellent job of finding us tenants in our first investment property. Going into it, we knew that finding good tenants would be the most important part of having a rental for us and we wanted someone who would care for the house like it was their own.
JX was prompt, professional and professional. They were able to generate a lot of interest and ultimately find us a good tenant within weeks (which allowed us to focus on getting the house ready)! We cannot express how grateful we are to JX for their time and service.
