★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a repair on my vehicle. A young man on the phone took my info and organized an appointment. Once I got there a different man at the service desk told me I don’t have an appointment, and that he couldn’t do anything about it. He couldn’t even book me an appointment even if he was sitting there! I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or is just a complete nut case but he single handedly ruined my experience with Acura. Amazing sales team, amazing maintenance guys, but 1 star for the angry man at the service desk.
