★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the quality of the instrument which is good, I'm so happy with the support of the company, my device’s charger had a problem that didn't charge properly. The support team substituted the whole set for me on their own expense and even gave me an extra pack of speculum due to inconvenience.
The set is easy to use and the picture it gives is clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% recommend Cross Instruments stethoscope! I have only used a Littmann in the past, and when that one went missing, a physician at work recommended Cross Instruments. The price is unbeatable, and the sound on it, in my opinion, is clearer and better than the Littmann. Delivery was quick, about two business days, and the company is local to Edmonton! 100% happy with this purchase and I will never go back to another brand.
