★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On August 18 closing cashier was very rude and unprofessional. Spend 15 minutes in line to discover that they are not making crepes anymore in spite of the mall still open time. Same for the customer before us, who wants to order bubble waffle and got same rude answer. How hard can it be to tell people in line that you have only ice cream left. Will never go back to that place!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't tell you how the product is. I went there to try some gelato. There was only one girl working and she was sitting down in the back watching a video on her phone. I called out to her about ten times, almost shouting and she never looked up from her phone. I don't know if she is deaf or what, so I left. I thought about throwing a napkin at her, but I just gave up. It's the worst customer service I've ever seen, what an embarrassment of an establishment. I guess they don't like to sell their products. I guess they hire anyone with a pulse. Or maybe she was dead, I should have called the ambulance. Either way, I guess I'll never know if the $6 for one scoop gelato is any good, because I'm never going back there again. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though place is open nobody is there or person id hiding in the back. Rang the bell that is next to register many times asked if anybody is there, no response. Waited 10 minutes and gave up. The manager should seriously consider either closing this location or hiring someone who will actually do work and not collect money while sitting in the back doing nothing.
