★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a burger that wasn’t very warm, asked to have it heated up. And was given a new burger and full refund on the meal and beer. I asked to just have it heated up but they insisted on a refund and a brand new burger. That’s pretty great customer service in my books...and the new burger was delicious. Much appreciated. Will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my boyfriend before our flight. It never looks open because staff are at the back (it'd be pretty pointless to stand at the registers when it's kind of quiet often).
The food was what I like but the service was kind of weird. My boyfriend was acknowledged more even to the point as I was holding up my credit card the cashier told the total to him and gave the receipt to him as I was holding out my hand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the B Gate location, out of all the available food choices, BK Whopper Bar is the top choice. This particular Burger King offers alcoholic beverages albeit they need to be consumed in the enclosed area. Likely due to their location in Calgary Airport, the options are on the higher end. They avoid offering the usual lower price items or if on the menu, offer at a significantly higher price. There are a number of premium burgers and they are pretty good. We got nuggets and fries combo and they tasted hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience here, they mess up my order. Then I went back and they want to take my order out of my hands during covid and add a patty to it which wasn’t even going to fix my meal, ver disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of yelling in another language. Unable to answer basic questions. Loud and I polite staff that seemed to have subpar hygiene. Ended up throwing my meal out. Great welcome to the worst first world country.
