★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been so mistreated by a salesman in my life. Sales manager was nice, but Christian Mercier is a liar and thinks he runs the dealership. I HIGHLY recommend that if he is your salesman to ask for another.
I live in Montreal and purchased a $5000.00 Nissan Cube for work, I did the whole deal over the phone.. when I arrived at the dealership (1.5 drive) the price was $287.00 more than agreed upon, then he called me a LIAR! I was so upset and have never been spoken to like that... as if I would drive 1.5 hours to try and lie and negotiate?!?!? That puts me at a major disadvantage in negotiating... it was more about the principal and not the money. And then he told me that he doesn’t need to speak with his manager about making me happy... apparently he’s the “big boss” which is not the case...
Anyways, apparently it’s not the first time he does this... I just whole heartedly recommend another salesman... just not worth going to him when there are others who seemed more honest and competent.
