★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le 18 sept 2021 un service épouvantable. Un rabais était mentionné sur leur site quand je suis allé à la caisse NON impossible ! Elle s’y connaissait. Choqué je laisse les jeans (2) sur le comptoir.
En revenant j’appelle dans un autre magasin de la région Aucun problème quand tu scanne l’article le deuxième apparaît à 50% mauvaise volonté de sa part d’aller vérifier.
Je comprends fort bien le manque de personnel mais il y a une limite à être servi de cette façon
On September 18, 2021 a terrible service. A discount was mentioned on their site when I went to the checkout NOT impossible! She knew all about it. Shocked I leave the jeans (2) on the counter.
When I got back I called another store in the area. No problem when you scan the item the second one shows 50% unwillingness on his part to go and check.
I understand very well the lack of staff but there is a limit to being served in this way

Ordinary service (an angry "yes?") From an elderly woman. Much lower selection than at their Granby branch. Better to order online than go to this location, unfortunately.
