Flat out screwed my Travel Plans and I chose not to rent at my Gold Member Hertz plan or Budget where I always go.
I made the biggest mistake by planning my vehicle needs through this company.
Inexperienced employees and manager should not be allowed to handle customer needs.
Full of excuses thinking people have never rented vehicles before.
Take my advice, this is a "c grade rental company" Stay with the Tier 1 companies. They are able to meet and commit to your needs without all the drama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were looking for just the right working vehicle, we search and search for a long time on line and at car dealerships but no success. Until we were visiting in saskatoon and came across Driving Force, we couldn't believe just how many kinds of working vehicles there was to choose from. We decided to go in and inquire. We met James Krawchuk and he was so helpful we felt so comfortable talking with him it was like talking to an old friend, he ask us exactly what we were looking for, we told him what we had been searching for and the specific needs we had to meet the needs for our flooring company in a work van, and he showed us a few options and we couldn't believe that there was not only what we were looking for, but extra features that would work even better for our needs. We were so excited we had found our perfect working van!!
We couldn't get it that day since we weren't expecting to find something that day and we were going on a holiday in a few days. We were happy to have found the one, but were sad we weren't leaving with it. But what a pleasant surprise when we got back our dream van was still waiting for us. We got in touch with James again and he was really helpful again and prepared everything so that the following week we can pick our new van.
We totally recommend anyone to go to Driving Force, you will have excellent service and great experience. Thanks again for helping us find our dream van.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the truck a week in advance, went to pick up the truck and was hassle free. Trucks are well kept and maintained. Would have given a 5 star had the booking website and confirmation email advised of the deposit required. The deposit was a little heft for a one day rental (which I completely understand the charge, would have been nice to have known the deposit amount required prior to booking, as some people wouldn’t have that amount available as easily as we did) Easy drop off, there’s a key drop off so you can do that after hours, and refund on deposit was done after the inspection (not even a full 48 hours) Thank you and I will definitely recommend your rentals in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I went there for rent for my husband. They are very cunning. Being a simple family we felt very ripped off , car was in good condition but they make big deal out of every little thing. They are really rental car shark. I have spoken to one of my friend who had similar experience with the sales manager at this location. Guy name was James. Very fabricated and plain liar. Stay away if you are not looking to cost yourself arms and teeth.
I also noticed that they will do anything to get good reviews on google so they have posted probably fake good reviews just to improve their star. When I checked back few months ago they were lower in rating. They claim that they A + company and bla bla. Not sure what criteria they get judged on because they are definitely not for good affordable customers. They force you to put thousands of dollar deposit on your rental and even a normal wear and tear that wasn’t there before can cost you hundreds of dollar.
I will never go there. Car sales and Rental Shark that they are. Driving Fraud Force.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience some time ago. Had to rent a car through them via SMP. Was told my persona vehicle package policy would work with my rental. Used the rental. Returned the car and did the walk around. Got a call a couple days later saying there was a dent in the trunk lid. It was noticeable. I said it wasn’t there when I returned it. The manager says. It was only visible after it was washed. They charged my CC $700. And didn’t even try to resolve it then or use my insurance policy. After a lot of arguing with the manager in person. He made me pay $200 outta my pocket to them directly. I said the damage was caused by one of their own. This has been the worst car rental experience ever. Won’t go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very please with my experience at Driving Force. The vehicle was excellent for the purpose I needed it and everything went very well. I would not hesitate to use Driving Force again when I need this service. I was happy with the price of the rental and the fuel economy of the unit I rented. The staff was very easy to deal with and everything was explained to me in detail. I could not ask for a better experience. Thanks again. (a very satisfied customer)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this review on my friend behalf since my friend is old and not able to use computers. Don’t want to disclose name because poor creature don’t want the name mentioned. These people are just fraud and really specially their rental department. Highly deposit and really too detailed inspection and it is alway your fault for any regular wear and tear and will force you to pay from your huge deposit that they kept. They even saved your credit card information so you can’t escape it. Do Not Rent Cars from here period. Go to Avis or budget or even enterprise much better option. These people are not really for rental they try to make money from renting new vehicle and then sell it after so obviously they would keep their inventories in premium condition but at the same time customer who rents will pay for their quality maintenance. They will make any excuse to fix some scratches which were already there or they will find after a week and call you and make you pay. Just avoid this place at any cost.

I have been trying to rent out my suite, since May, to move to BC.
My booking was for Aug 30then switched to Aug 31 then Sept 2,Now Sept 10..My Renter is AWOL & now I have to find another renter..
Hes been more than understanding & has given me a great quote.. I Went there today to explain things (Again).. Him & the young lady, were very understanding..
I hope I can find a renter..
