Had my car in for some work a few months ago. The receptionist took my insurance details and the keys. Returned on the scheduled date, car was fixed & returned like nothing ever happened. Courtesy car also provided for the entire time as well. No fuss. Great job!!!

After reading the reviews in here, they've all been positive so I've decided to take my car in to get repaired. I e-mailed the shop about with my SGI claim and in about an hour or so the lovely Gina called me back to book an appointment. I had indicated that I will be going out of town in two weeks so I asked if it would be better to bring my car after my trip. Gina reassured me that my car will be done in 2 days tops. Gina told me to bring in the car first thing in the morning and she had a vehicle ready for me to take that morning. My car was fixed in 2 days and the rental car they provided was also great. They did an awesome job with my bumper and I also picked my car cleaned! Such a plus. It's been an excellent experience there that I will highly recommend Courtesy to friends and family in the future. Thanks and keep up the excellent customer service!

They did an amazing job of repairing my vehicle after another place absolutely butchered the paint job. Not only was the paint job perfect (when the other place said color match was impossible) but there was no overspray, no mess lines, and my bumpers were attached perfectly (which the other place also said was impossible). My car was also spotless on the inside when I returned to pick up up. Great job, and thank you!

Timeline of events: -Came in to get estimate on car repairs and agreed on time to drop off car to start repairs -Car repairs took about a month and 3 weeks to be completed due to a back order and COVID restrictions as customer service advised me. -I had a rental car in the meantime that was only covered for a certain period of time that my insurance advise me to go with since they have business together. -I refused the car rental from Nationals who does business with Courtesy. I noticed, they also failed to contact my insurance to discuss and agree on prices after and I was being charge a difference of about $13 more from Nationals as per my insurance made me aware. -After my car’s repair were completed (after more than a month due to back order from the shop and COVID restrictions). Courtesy claim they gave me a phone call to let me know on that day. -No phone calls were received from my end as no phone call log was noted. -I then decide to call to check in on my car repairs after a full week. They let me know the car is ready to pick up then (with no follow up calls from their end to let me know about my car’s status). -The shop then refuses to pay for any extra fees from car rental since they then claim they have told me to go with Nationals and any extra fees would be covered since they are putting money into their own pocket(in paraphrase), however do not want to pay a competitive car rental despite claiming that delays were due to back orders that happened from their shop. -The overall experience as per this timeline was not what I expected. However, the car repairs themselves were very satisfactory, hence the 2 ⭐️.

Always quick and friendly service. They are capable of doing appraisals to submit to SGI for approval and they'll walk around the car with you, confirming damages. They also have courtesy vehicles for you to use while yours is in their shop. The work is always done well, within the constraints of SGI approvals/appraisals. I'll definitely be getting them to do the appraisals themselves after the person at SGI missed a bunch of damage.
