★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many bad experiences with the staff behind the counter. They are rude and unprofessional..trying to push their own agenda before your needs. I was once told, after paying for my appointment, that i couldn't have my prescription if i wasn't buying my lenses with them (they don't sell the ones i want there).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconsistent quality of service. An employee was not aware that we can have our prescription transferred. Upon insisting to check it out with a supervisor and knew it is a regular practice, he even refused to do it and left it to be done by someone else... Frustrating!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was hesitant to schedule an appointment because of the bad reviews. I, however, found the staff to be very pleasant and had a great experience! I was able to get contact lenses without any problems after my appointment.

I had to wait for 45 minutes in line, 4 days ago just to take an appointment for my son. Forget about calling, no one ever bothers to answer.
I was late 15 minutes for my kid's eye exam today. Well, it happens, for various reasons.
I was told that the optometrist didn't want to examine my kid anymore because we were late. WOW!!!
May I mention that there was nobody else waiting in the waiting room? we were the only ones there....
My 45 minutes waiting in line to take the appointment don't matter... but if you're a little late you're just being told to go elswewhere...
Disgusting service!!!
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am still personally reflecting on the incredible experience I had with the staff at Marche Central Mtl Vision Centre. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly yet professional, they explained everything very thoroughly, were upfront about cost, and just generally made me feel at ease every step of the process. They all treated me like a normal human being from the start when I spoke english, with no hint of annoyance that I am not a (yet) confident french speaker. 10/10 highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is horrible, the staff is unprofessional and unexperienced. I was told I might have an eye disease during the eye exam even though I am completely healthy and have no symptoms. I had to waste a whole day at the hospital where even the doctors laughed at the situation and said there was absolutely nothing wrong. I'm never doing an eye exam there again.
