β β β β β Horrible wait times. Called in at 430 and at 540 the birth control prescription still wasn't processed. Before that made an order and was told they'd have it in a few days. Not only did they not call in a couple days they just didn't order it period as well as the lady laughed about it. Thankfully it wasn't a serious prescription. They have a complete lack of care of customer service and are very poorly ran and organized. Even with their zero dispensing fee it's not worth the waste of my time to deal with them. They just try and force you to spend more time in the store.

β β β β β I want give minus star if I could. I regret why I ignored previous review for this pharmacy. I am 50 years old man and never had complain for any pharmacy but this is the first one. Mistakes, no responsibility and lies are my experience for all steps.

β β β β β I dropped my prescriptions and told me that it will be ready at 1:30. So I went shopping first to kill the time of waiting. I went back to claim it at 1:40 . Waited someone will be on the till for more than 5minutes, and a guy finally came said it's not ready yet and to come back 10minutes. So I went to the till for me just pay my shoppings and put it in my car and came back to the pharmacy. And the guy on the till and he said 3 more minutes. I was like "seriously?" I am going back and forth here and I am in a rush. Then the guy answered me RUDELY saying "well we're all in rushed". WOW!! do you even know what customer service means? Do you think it is funny to make your customers going back and forth??? Instead of saying "sorry for the delay" you'll answer your customer so RUDE?? wow

β β β β β Zero stars if that was possible. Worst customer service, no conflict resolution whatsoever, just tells you they canβt do anything. Tried to grab my Rx three different times, every time they said there were issues with insurance. Called our insurance and no issues, pharmacy was billing incorrectly. Choose elsewhere for your prescriptions.

β β β β β This pharmacy is usually slowly ran, no real urgency, lines go down the isles. There was a voicemail left on the phone today by a lady (who didnβt leave her name ofcourse ) saying βthereβs a prescription here for you to pick up and itβs annoying so let us know if you still need itβ there was no prior indication of the prescription being filled, didnβt even know one was ready, and then itβs annoying to them that thereβs one waiting to be picked up? Itβs literally your guysβ job? If you find that annoying, maybe a new job would be better suited. This pharmacy needs better manners and if you want to notify someone of a prescription being filled simply say hey your prescriptions ready!

β β β β β Bad customer service overall with no follow-up when my prescription didn't get transferred over from another store. There were zero apologies for any of their miscommunications and showed complete lack of care toward how they treated this mistake. I will gladly support other pharmacies from now on.

β β β β β They are the worst pharmacy have ever seen, bad customer care and relation. Some of the pharmacist donβt know how to address their customers as they donβt listen but to talk down on people. My last experience with one of their pharmacist was bad that made me write this review by describing to me that βmy madness attitude will not make me get what I want fastβ. I felt bad and was really shocked to be addressed in that manner. Their managers really need to make them go for courses that will educate them on customer relations. Too bad.
