DO NOT GO TO COSTCO FOR TIRES! Horrible service. Condescending tire technicians. Faulty website. Horrible appointment booking process. I've made the huge mistake of ordering tires from Costco twice now. I wish I had learned from the first time! Absolutely horrible experiences both times. After inputting my vehicle's make, model and year on Costco's website, and having it give me several options for tires that apparently work for my vehicle; I ordered tires from their website. It took over 2 weeks for the tires to arrive in store. I attempted to book an appointment to have the tires installed, and was informed that the next available appointment was another 2 weeks away. A one month timeline from ordering the tires to installation is pretty awful. To expedite the process, I arrived at Costco at 6:00 am in order to land one of their first come first serve installation appointments. Only to be told that the tires I ordered from their website do not work on my vehicle. The tire technician condescendingly told me that unless I know a lot about tires, I should never order tires online. I showed him the tire selection process on Costco's website, and the list of suitable tires it generated. He pointed to one set of Pirelli tires on Costco's website and said "These tires would work on your car, but the ones your ordered will not". The tires he pointed out on the website and said were suitable were the exact same tires I ordered. He suggested there must be a problem with the website, and that I should take it up with Costco.ca The refund process was almost equally painful, and after everything, I left Costco without tires. The entire experience was awful, and I will never make the mistake of ordering tires from Costco again.

this is the worse place to get your tires changed, first started with the receptionist being rude and hostile when i was trying to book a time. i finally got a time set, brought my car to them they said it would be about and hour to an hour and a half max that was fine with me. after an hour of them having my car they call me and say that they cannot install them because they are the wrong size, it took them an hour to figure out they were the wrong size when it says right on it! after getting my car back from them the windows were left open while it was raining and the tires were put into the front seat. i am completely disappointed with this service i am shocked! lastly when i went in to get my money back they were rude and saying i wasted an appointment they could of made money on, completely unprofessional! if it was possible i would of gave them a 0 star rating because a 1 star rating is frankly to high for them !

Counter staff was friendly but poor fellow looked stressed out with the huge line up of customers. Didn't see any other counter staff that day I was there. Was told to drop off car and was given a window of when it was to be completed. I came back later than what was promised and was told the car hasn't even been pulled into the bay yet. Someone should have called me to inform me of that so I wouldn't show up and have to leave again only to return. Pricing was decent and lower than most local tire shops, however the service was poor after the front desk interaction.

My first experience was terrible! Dropped of my car there and was told to go shopping and come back in about an hour. After an hour, I showed up and the technician said they couldn’t locate the anti lock for the tires. They looked everywhere including where the spare tire was stored. I got home and found the anti lock was right where the spare tire was. Seriously so mad! The technician said he didn’t have my phone number to call. Seriously? I made my apt using my account and cell phone was included. If they didn’t have it they should of asked when I dropped off the car. Today I dropped my car again giving them the second chance to fix things right. I must say the service today was awesome!!! Matt was my technician tonight and he was amazing compared to last night technician. It’s like night and day. So Initially I gave a poor review last night but because of the service I got today I had to change my review to awesome...depending on the technician! Matt was so thorough and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything Matt! I hope I get you the next time I get my tires changed.

Reception and mechanical staff were extremely rude. Just put on winter tires and while the service was extremely fast the customer service was pretty rude. Was standing in line for 10 minutes and then some other people just walk up to the cash and get service. Complained to the employee for doing this and she didn’t really care. Then the mechanic was basically just asking me to give him my keys and get lost. When I came back I told the manager about the poor customer service and it was like pulling teeth to get an apology.

Guy at the desk was fast and efficient. Helpful and knowledgeable. My wife got her tires there about a year ago and same person helped her. Because of her word of mouth and satisfaction with getting her tires put on there I went to get mine there. I will update this post after my new tires get put on (as they needed to be ordered in)

Just went in to get my tires fixed because the ones they put on started going flat quickly right away. They said it's because of the sensors which I opted to buy when I first bought the tires, but they said those aren't under warranty, so made me pay for new ones again. Not a big deal, 16$ for four tires. More the problem is that I was given an estimate for 1hr appointment, and I'm still waiting here after 1.5 hrs, and they said still another 1/2hr to go. My van is the only vehicle in the shop, no idea why things are taking so long. All they can say is "sorry it's taking so long"

Amazing customer service at this Cross Iron Location!! The front desk admin helped us so much when we got our tires ordered. Shoutout to everyone who works there. I appreciate everyone and all their hard work! Today I got my vehicle serviced at this location and they did my tires perfectly. Very happy with the people working there and the results of my new tires.
