★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long time Bell customer just looking for a Bell Sim card for my wife's new (to her) phone. Just needed a different size card that would fit. I wanted to grab it and go to set up later. They wanted $25 for a half dollar Sim card. Wouldn't flex on the price so I went to WSC in Whistler. He charged me $10 and set it up for me. Go to the Whistler Bell store over this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are on it! Christian does an amazing job making sure we are always kept in the loop with everything. The phone plans are affordable and the service is second to none. Even text message responses for quick questions! So far we have 5 phones for business through them and growing! We would recommend them to anyone.

I've went back a few times to enquire about issues or technical questions and Christian always helped me flawlessly. In addition to be skillef he is very sympathic. This shop is the kind of shop we need more of, depsite working for a country-wide branch, they are awesome with day to day customer. Keep up the good work guys !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not appreciate the customer service provided by Christian Bell. He shooed me away and refused to help in the process of porting of 3 telephone lines. Aron tried to make amends by attributing the behaviour to Covid. But that’s unacceptable. Customer service is the backbone for referrals and every business strives to better themselves at it. Sorry to say did not expect this from Christian as apparently he is the boss there and is expected to inculcate this in his team.
