After seeing many different physio, Derek gave me the best advices and really helped me getting ready for the ski season. I finally feel I can trust my knee and ski the way I want. Thanks a lot!

I have many issues in multiple areas of my back, kneed and feet and he intuitively understands how they are all connected and each treatment positively effects all the areas. I have found his continuous interest in new techniques and excercises very educational and love that I can see him only once or twice for a serious issue and feel better sometimes even right away. I highly recommend Derek!

I was desperate to see a physio after the worst sciatic nerve flare up I've had. Derek agreed to see me, and after taking all the precautions necessary due to Covid-19, his treatment helped me make the quickest recovery yet out of one of these flare ups. Derek understands the sports and stress we put our bodies under in this area and this knowledge made me feel comfortable and hopeful that I would recover quickly, and reduce the chance of a future occurrence of this injury. Would absolutely recommend!

But I had a second appointment Booked. so I thought I might as well let him try and fix a ski injury in my Lower back from 13 years ago that I had given up on. I had gone to massage chiropractor and even a physo but I always had pain in my lower back and clicking. In 30 mins he had fixed it. If I could bottle this man I would be a billionaire

Regular visits with Derek have become an invaluable part of my maintenance routine. His passion and knowledge of human anatomy - combined with his patient and creative problem solving skills - has improved my mobility, ensured niggles didn't morph into major injuries, and unlocked a whole new level of mind-body awareness. I always come out of every session feeling a whole lot better (and learning something new!)

After only 2-3 treatments, I was actually somewhat shocked that my knee pain was mostly gone! And I ended up not needing the surgery. I later saw him for chronic lower back pain (from arthritis and minor scoliosis), which had become so painful, that I could barely lift myself out bed each morning. Derek did IMS treatments on my back and we did some strengthening work. I was soon able to jump up from bed....and even my kids commented on how much better I was!
