★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience with ConfiDent. After spending hours dealing with my insurance, it was refreshing to get in right away without even waiting on hold. Their customer service is on point. They did a beautiful job of repairing the hail damage and when I went to pick up my car, it had been completely detailed - it was cleaner than when I bought it brand new. All around lovely service. I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly and great service! Staff was super friendly and they sent me a video of a walkthrough of all the work that needed to be done and kept me up to date! My car was finished early and they checked in on me after the process. Honestly, such a great experience! Would not recommend any other company for hail damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luis and Lenny really looked after me, my car had about $2,500 of Hail Damage from the July hail storm, a few weeks later I broke my leg so they arranged to pick up and drop my car off at my house - which was awesome.
The work was carried out in 2 days, they delivered a spotlessly clean dent free car back to my house.
All the billing was direct with the insurance as well.
10/10 for service, quality and communication!!
