Dent Squad LTD

We went to Dent squad to get an estimate for a scratch we had on the top of our truck. The owner, Steve, took a look and said that he would fix it for us free of charge. He told us that it was a minor issue and it was just paint that had stuck to the surface of the vehicle. He wouldn’t charge us anything for the service. He is a great person and really went out of his way to help us out. It’s hard to find honest, genuine people like him in this world nowadays. We highly recommend him.

I came in expecting just an estimate for one dent but Steve understood how much my vehicle meant to me so was able to repair it on the spot! He even included a couple of others that he noticed along the way and polished the panel as well!!! I can't thank him enough. Great price and friendly customer service. Highly recommended!

Five Stars for the Paint Job, two for hiring unaccountable staff. So, I trusted a small family business with my unique vehicle and what I got; was it cost more than estimated. The engine now has a engine check issue (never had before) even in the few months after the accident before it went to the Dent Squad. This issue which may or may not cost me about $120 for a new mass air flow sensor part (it's chipped??). Then!!! I had to use my wiper blades and the sprayer was busted!!! (I have not found one of those as of yet so I have to epoxy it.) Then, I found extra scuffs on the tail gate, beyond the ones that we took pictures of. I am super disappointed. They had it in the shop for a long, long time and now I get more things to fix. They offered to fix a few things (scuffs and a dent in the tonneau cover, I never asked), however I really think my inflated bill included those items. The wiper sprayer being missed, well, I guess its my fault for not doing a proper pre-trip, but I was excited to have my baby back. After the fact, Try proving it was done in their shop. Well, I can. I haven't driven it other than to bring it home. I should have had GMC fix it for $2000 less, rather than support a family owned business. Oh and as per Steve's request, I neglected to share that the paint job is exemplary...I can not deny that, and Steve can not be everywhere his employees are and hovering over them. Steve's intentions are wonderful. The damages though were not expected in the least, and he probably missed them. It is not the $120 for the part, it's the principal of the thing along with the hassle of taking it in and my time and also having to pay the labor costs on top of it all (don't forget the scan $$'s to nail down the issue. GM will not be an inexpensive touch.

How many times do you wake up and some heavy snow tires have fallen onto your car? Not many I’m sure, but what an unpleasant sight for bleary sleep-deprived eyes. My weary husband informed me that my car had a new (albeit lumpy) storage area above the rear wheel, and started making calls. Dent Squad (and Steve in particular) stood out so early in the morning. Not only did he pick up the phone right away, he was able to send a quote after viewing pictures. Luckily, there was a cancellation and Steve and his staff were able to take my car in and turn it around the same day. The quote was accurate (and fair!) for the work that was completed, and the car looks as good as before. Thank you so much Steve and the staff at Dent Squad!

Brought both my cars in and the wait until we got our cars in the shop was well worth it! They say nothing/nobody is perfect but they’re work is. Also went above and beyond with my wrx! Thank you Steve and your crew! Highly recommended ?

It's so refreshing to have found an honest and high-quality body shop in Calgary! Our van scraped the side of a garage, which resulted in a small tear in the bumper and a side panel bent back. I initially went to Carstar, which quoted me double what DentSquad charged and would have required me to leave the vehicle with them for four days. Carstar was going to charge me for a new antenna, mirror (which wasn't on the damaged panel), radiator supports, extra charges for having air conditioning, and all kinds of other things that weren't required -- then they said that it might be an extra thousand to replace the undamaged light, but they wouldn't know until the repair happened. Contrast that with my experience at DentSquad: 1.DentSquad took apart the panel and bumper in front of me during the assessment and showed me exactly what was broken and what wasn't (I asked them about all of the issues that CarStar was going to charge me for and they showed me that they weren't required). 2. DentSquad took a couple seconds to do a paint match and let me keep the vehicle while they ordered and painted the bumper and panel. 3. I picked up the van ON THE SAME DAY that I dropped it off (the business day after the paint match)! 4. DentSquad charged me exactly what they quoted. 5. The van was cleaned better than I've ever done myself and it was as good as new when I picked it up. I can't recommend DentSquad enough!

Great service, timely, and reasonably price. Fixed up an epic door ding on my Rav4, as well as some other minor body dents/dings. Highly recommend them for upkeeping your cars' look.

Very good experience at Dent squad, we showed up unexpectedly for a quote and the owner went above and beyond to make the repairs on the short amount of time we had. The final price was even lower than the original quote. Thank you again !!
