S	Sconadian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the product when first installed but about 15 months later, small pieces of rubber started to appear on the surface and stick to shoes, dog paws etc. The web-site states that the “ surface is designed to withstand heavy traffic, and Rubber Stone is a safe, long-lasting solution” with regular washing and a top coat re-roll every 3-5 years. That is not what we found, and as more pieces continued to shed, we had to call the company 2-3 times before a response (during COVID so some communication and material supplies issues). Since then, the company did redeem itself and came out to re-roll and seal the whole area. They also fixed a split which was not their fault, but fixed it anyway. Higher traffic areas that get a lot of sun probably need to be re-rolled more frequently that advertised but it's still a lot more economic, and environmentally friendly than concrete.

Justin was fairly responsive and gave me a rough price of "So for a set of steps you'd be looking roughly $11-$13 per square foot." This is where the positives for the company end. I setup a time for him to come give a firm quote on my stairs. Justin showed up late, and then measured my stairs but inflated the number, I am not sure if it was intentional or a mistake as in his words "math is so hard.", and then the quote came out to be more than double of the price based on his own numbers. He then informed me that was because vertical surfaces have a $30 per square foot sur charge. It always surprises me that in todays day and age people or business believe they can get away with bait and switch marketing. When confronted all I got was a Sorry and smiley face.
L	Lauren Romeril on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. We were interested in the product and asked for pricing as well as a quote. Once he arrived for the quote the pricing had more than doubled for square footage than what we were originally told. When asked for a breakdown of the substantial change in price he then explained he had different prices for vertical and horizontal parts of steps and it turns out also had measured the square footage incorrectly. This wouldn’t be such an issue but he knew the job was steps and we asked for the info initially. An explanation of “math is hard” as well as extra costs added later doesn’t instil confidence for me to choose this provider.

All my calls were answered quickly and professionally while giving me the answers I needed. The product itself looks amazing. Would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade there homes.
