Avoid this body shop at all costs, my vehicle has been in and out of the shop for a almost three months now. They tried to return it Uncompleted and with many paint defects. I was ensured it would comeback better than factory. Every time I brought it back to have them fix there mistakes it came back with something new that wasn’t there before going into the shop. Manager Ken eventually looked at the job they did and decided they were going to redo everything they painted (whole left side of truck) because he said they didn’t do a very good job. Also had receptionist Karen tell me that they’ve had plenty of comebacks recently cause the guys are just rushing jobs out the door and it’s getting bad how many vehicles have comeback. Vehicle comeback with yet another paint chip/defect that I wasn’t happy with as I was ensured it would be as good as factory when it comes back. Manager said I’m being to picky and my expectations are beyond what any body could provide. Told me they went above what any shop would have done by painting my grill for free (even after I offered to pay for it) to make up for the run around a I’ve gotten. I have to pay for it now anyway to have the kindergarten tape job they did repainted to look like it was professionally done not in my back yard. the workman ship at this shop is sub par clearly if the manager had to have them redo all the paint work they had done on the $19,000 repair bill. Yet they re did all the paint and now there’s chipped/missing paint between the bumper and fender seam. It’s being refused to be fixed as they aren’t re painting a fender cause apparently you’d have to repaint everything. But they already re painted that fender once after trying to return the vehicle to me once uncompleted! Why didn't they have to re paint the whole truck then and were only able to do the fender? My guess is the manager doesn’t want to own up to the fact that his guys in the back are clearly rushing and not taking care or pride in their work. Apparently I’m to picky though because I take pride in my vehicle and notice the little things. Was told the first time I tried to pick the vehicle up that I should take it home and clean it and go over it because if I’m not happy they aren’t happy! Well apparently if I’m not happy that doesn’t actually matter anymore. You’re just assumed to be to picky or expect to much when you anticipate a vehicle to come back from a body shop completely covered in paint like it should be FROM FACTORY! Not with chips in the paint the covered up with a cheap paint pen that’s already washed off! Take your vehicle elsewhere. The manager told me he hopes he never has to see me again before I tried to pick my vehicle up the last time and found yet another defect that wasn’t there a week ago when I dropped it off, so what’s that say about who they got working there! You haven’t got much ground to stand on when the receptionist bashes the workmanship coming out of the shop too! Apparently this is also the only Boyd’s that doesn’t at the very least vacuum and wipe down the interior before returning it. Truck came back the exact same way as it went in. Got told they only clean the areas they work in. Yet I calls ed 3 other Boyd’s locations and they said it’s company policy every vehicle gets detailed inside before returned. Not shampood carpets or anything like that but at least wiped down and vacuumed out! Maybe I can get a call from the owner to explain because the Manager obviously doesn’t understand the concern after 1.5 months of countless trips to the shop to find out they either forgot an issue to fix or added a new problem that wasn’t there before it went in!

I have used Concours Collision for years, imagine my surprise when I showed up for an estimate and it was now Boyd's Autobody. I was a little apprehensive at first. Would I get the same great service I was used too? I DID! Reception was great, the estimate was done immediately and I was able to get my vehicle in the next week. I received a couple of quotes from other shops at the request of the person that hit my vehicle and all were very similar. Once Boyd's had my vehicle in the shop the Autobody Tech made a recommendation to repair the damage in a much less invasive fashion, keeping the original paint. Boyd's called me and I agreed with the Tech and approved the repair as recommended. Not only did it save all my original paint it saved well over $1,000 in repair costs. The final repair was amazing and it is impossible to tell there was ever any damage. Boyd's did not have to call to save me money and complete the repair in a much more acceptable fashion, but they did and I thank them for it. I will not hesitate to recommend Boyd's Autobody and will use them again if necessary. Thanks Again for doing such a great job and being fair and honest.

Boyd Autobody is such a great place to take your car! One of the mechanics, Al, is such a great guy. He did such great and fast work on my car (and made sure I didn’t pay for extras I didn’t need!) The front end staff were super kind and lovely throughout everything. I would highly recommend this auto-body shop for any car maintenance you need - they are awesome!

The repair procedure was well organized and easy to proceed through it. As for the repair, it was in one day and finished the next. The actual repair was invisible. And as a courtesy, they removed 2 other rubber scuff marks left by those who chose to leave the marks but not their names. And to my delight, they did a spring cleaning. As I have arthritic hands, I thought I was needing to take it for detailing. Kudos to the staff. They were great.

These guys did a great repair on a warranty job for me. They fixed a mistake that was made by another Boyd autobody shop that has been closed recently. The manager fixed the mistake that someone else made, now that is great customer service. Thanks guys

My mom and I had such a great experience taking our car to Boyd Autobody & Glass. From the very moment we first called and inquired to the moment we drove away with our repaired car, we felt at ease. The staff was exceptionally helpful, informative and professional and their customer service was second to none. We took our car in to get the bumper repaired and they were quick, helpful and did a seamless job! Not only did we get our car back repaired perfectly but we got a clean car inside and out. We are very happy with our experience and the service we got there. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and are going to go back for any of our vehicle maintenance needs in the future. The manager Scott was incredible!

Came into Boyd's after my Santa Fe was rear ended by a Peter Built truck. Visable damage was minimal, but alot unseen. They did a beautiful job repainting my rear hatch, and replacing the lower bumper, as well as all the backing. What I didn't expect was the super quick turn around. I had my car back in 4 days. And, they also did an interior detail. So, not only does the outside of my car look new, the interior does as well. Staff was really friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.
