From all of the contractors we've had at home this year Urban tree is by far the best we have dealt with. They were on time cómo professional cama difenhistat you When they said that. We were very pleased with the overall job and the final product. I would highly recommend Urban tree to anyone looking to refinish their hardwood floors, hours turned out exactly the way that we want it. When I was doing my research I learned that the Bona products were some of the best in the industry, and it turns out that Urban tree uses all of their products and even tools to complete the job.

It looked like they used rags to spread the stain around, and they didn't even vacuum or sweep before staining because the finish was full of hair and dust. Urban Tree Flooring did a wonderfully amazing job giving new life to our floor! They sanded the old, ugly stain away, and refinished the floor with a darker colour that really looks beautiful! Michael, Kory and the rest of the team have high standards and the pride they have in their work really shows. Their 99% dust-free sanding system was also awesome. The dust is vacuumed right into a drum in their truck. We also had them cut and install new baseboards for us, including tricky cuts around rounded corners, and it looks fantastic. We would recommend Urban Tree Flooring to anyone who wants to give their hardwood floors a fresh new look that will last a long time.

Our main floor renovation included adding hardwood in our living room, dining room and den areas. UTF expertly feathered the new wood in with our existing oak flooring, to the point where we cannot delineate old versus new. The installation layout looks fabulous, the sanding and staining were done well, and the final finishing coats brought the wood's characteristics out beautifully.
Every team member was well-trained, professional, courteous, punctual and willing to share their knowledge/expertise when we asked questions. They were flexible with us on the start date, which we had to change several times due to delays on other parts of our renovation. There were (as they had warned us there might be), some contaminants from an old stain that leached up through the original refinishing. They came back and worked on it until it was right. They also built a very good step to make it easier for people to enter and exit our sunken living room. Highly recommended.

We had our floors done with them many years ago and was very impressed. Recently we had our dishwasher leak and had to have our floors sanded and stained again. We of course called them because we were so happy with them the first time. I loved the fact it was dustless. It was hard to find the dust when we entered after it was done. I highly recommend them.
