★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave Moffatt is the best. We were re-starting our lab due to a coming project and were having some troubles with the air compressor. I emailed CAE, and Dave got back to me the same day. Unlike others, Dave used his own time to call me and guide me to diagnose the problem. With his precise instructions, I was actually able to fix the problem myself. Dave was very knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to help throughout the whole process. I'm extremely surprised and impressed with the service CAE offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my God, this place is unreal, I phoned the 24 hr emergency line last night at almost 10 pm, which was last night, almost all 24 hr service people never answer there phone as we all know. Jamie answers and says okay, I think I understand your situation, bring it in tomorrow and I will see what I can do. I was there first thing 8am and he was right there and worked on my truck all day, and really solved a major problem. Just blown away, Jamie is the man, so thankful and the price was very reasonable.

The salesmen could have up-saled me but instead they went out of there way to help me find some options that saved me some money (about 16%!) on a small job that some other companies would not have taken the time for. I will definitely be going back anytime I need parts, service, or equipment.
