All 3 dents were superbly repaired. I know exactly where they were, but no sign of any of them now. My vehicle is back to mint condition The repairs were completed in the promised time and for the quoted amount (which was very reasonable given the amount of work required) I highly recommend PDR.

D	Dmitry Aruin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to PDR by my insurance company for hail damage repair. The customer service was great. But... I do have a few issues with this company. PDR was paid by my insurance to repair hail damage and wash the exterior of the vehicle. When I picked up the truck, it was dirty ( they probably did wash it because the tires were glossy, but everything else was very dusty). Another negative point was quality control issues: after collecting my truck and driving for a bit, the sun visor fell out - I had to go back for them to repair it. During this time they have noticed that one of the bolt caps on the front grab handle was broken - they had to order it and call me to come back the third time. The third time that I came in to repair the bolt cap - I have discovered that the rear grab handle was screwed in upside down... All of it minor things but extremely annoying, I had to come back 3 times because of lack of attention to details and poor quality control. That being said, the hail damage was fixed properly and customer service was good as well.

I didn't opt-in for interior detailing, but they went above and beyond by giving the interior a nice cleaning. A very nice gesture. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. They also detailed the inside of the car for a price of $63. They did a better job on the interior than when I went to Bubbles and paid over twice as much. Thank you. Also, I have to acknowledge Suzie. She went above and beyond to get me my car back before a business trip. I appreciate all of the help. Thank you to everyone on the PDR Hail Team!

They also had a deal where they will do will clean up the interior for a fee and it was well worth it. Highly recommend PDR Hail Team.

The staff were really courteous, friendly and very helpful I would definately go there again if need be, but hopefully not! The interior was very well detailed and spotless, like brand new! I was blown away! The courtesy car rental also went very well!
J	John W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My truck was said to be ready. Upon arrival found there was damage not repaired. Torneau cover not attached properly if I would of drove away it would of fallen off. Battery in my truck was drained due to my interior lights left on all day so would not start when there to pick up.Upon inspection found my head liner has grease fingers prints and there was some kind of read stain on head liner but truck was said to be cleaned. This morning 3 days later from pickup date I find my windshield washer nozzles not hooked up and the driver's side nozzle missing from my hood. $50.00 later to order new one .As I'm not impressed and will not be returning for them to get it sorted . Easier for me to take care of it myself . My wife has her car there . Hope we don't have same experience with her vehicle. ?
