★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les 10 copropriétés du Carrefour du Marché ont de gros problèmes d'infiltration d'eau et de structures. Notre copropriété en est à plus de 50 000$ de travaux depuis 2008 pour mettre aux normes notre bâtiment. Expérience horrible.
The 10 Carrefour du Marché condominiums have major water infiltration and structural problems. Our condominium has worked over $ 50,000 since 2008 to bring our building up to standard. Horrible experience.

Mais ils ont revendu notre stationement à un autre client, sans nous aviser.
Ça nous fait attendre 1 an de plus pour avoir notre propre stationnement dans phase 4,
Aucune excuse !
Aucune explication !
Mauvais service !!!
Méchant promoteur !!!
I bought an apartment from U31 phase 3, reserving the parking for phase 3.
But they sold our parking lot to another customer, without notifying us.
It makes us wait another year to have our own parking in phase 4,
No excuse!
No explanation!
Poor service !!!
Naughty promoter !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un achat qui s'avère de haute qualité pour notre part depuis 2016. Une construction 2015. Un service à la clientèle à l'écoute et capable d'apporter des solutions aux échanges entre promoteur et son client.
Rien n'est parfait dans la vie, mais force est de constaté que leur performance est bien au delà de plusieurs acteurs du milieu.
Pour cela j'en suis bien heureux.
A purchase that has proven to be of high quality for us since 2016. A 2015 construction. A customer service that listens and is able to provide solutions to the exchanges between promoter and his client.
Nothing is perfect in life, but it is clear that their performance is far beyond many players in the field.
For that I am very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Font de beaux projets, mais le service après-vente est tout croche, prend des jours à retourner vos demandes, sont incapables de donner de l’information fiable; n’attendent pas votre réponse pour entrer chez vous; ils me barouettent depuis des mois d’un stationnement à l’autre, et deux fois en me donnant un stationnement déjà attribué à un de mes voisins, parce que le mien, chèrement payé, n’est toujours pas prêt. Si je rachète un jour un condo, je vais éviter ce groupe pour cette unique raison.
Make great plans, but the after-sales service is all wrong, takes days to return your requests, are unable to give reliable information; do not wait for your response to enter your home; they have been beating me down for months from one parking lot to another, and twice giving me a parking lot already allocated to one of my neighbors, because mine, dearly paid, is still not ready. If I buy a condo one day, I will avoid this group for this sole reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who are considering making any deal with Rachel Julian, I encourage to read Mr. Xie's google review regards to their project, Laurent & Clark.
Mr. James Xie's review is 100% correct, this is the same response we received from Laurent & Clark too:
"Take the changes or we cancel your contract".
There are still 2 years to go until this project delivers, and Rachel Julian already threaten their customers like that. Do you think they will keep other promises to you? Do you believe if there is anything wrong with the condo after delivery, do you think you will be treated any better than Mr.James Xie and the rest of us?
Think again, you deserve way better than Rachel Julian.
