Worse service ever my friend went to get help to fill an application and the lady Maria veldrada was nothing but rude. she did nothing don’t waste your time going here, there’s always other resources where you can go and get help. No vayan aquí esta gente es muy irrespetuosa y no ayudan a nada hay más partes donde los pueden ayudar a los inmigrantes con formularios vayan a un community centre. No pierdan su tiempo I’ll endo aquí.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and here's why. I arrived for my appointment with a diabetes specialist nurse, her attire and appearance was anything but professional, tight pants, distressed sneakers and the rest, had my guard up immediately. However, prior to having this appointment I was asked to fill out three forms, with the heading "CONSUMER INFORMATION". The pig ignorance of these forms, truly establishes this place as a profit center and not by any stretch a health center. I crossed out the word "consumer" and wrote in the word "patient". My appointment started by me being asked what it was they could do for me; suggesting that they had not read the submission from my doctor. I was then asked as to what extra insurance I might have, I explained that I only had OHIP and that being way beyond retirement age, I was not likely to have any. This response pretty well ended the appointment as without extra insurance, there was little that they could do. I was told that there was a foot pain program that was covered by OHIP and that I could join; I was given a slip of paper to present to reception on my way out to organise it; this I did but was told to go two floors up and pointed to the stairs. Two floors with severe foot pain and no elevator, disgraceful lack of patient care. EDIT: the response from Compass, is nonsense an absolute word salad of contradictions that fails to address what I experienced. I was told clearly, that few if any services were available to me. The services I was told about, all required extra insurance and the appointment ended almost immediately that I explained that I had none. I visited in the hope that I could get ongoing diabetes guidance and access to seniors health services, none of that happened.

Compass is a great place to be when looking for Health Care Services, The location is in a good neighborhood.

This place has been amazing. Saved my life. My dr is soo amazing. The team I have are sooo awesome. I am very thankful

I was told my nurse practitioner will call me on Tuesday. Today is Wednesday (at the end of day, almost Thursday), I still haven't received a phone call. Don't rely on this health centre when you are in distress. From the receptionist to the medical staff, here nobody cares about the patients. If you can't do your job, change profession!

I'm not sure why the other review was so low on compass perhaps due to the ongoing stress of Covid it was just a bad day. I can't sya enough good things about this community health centre. The doctors are amazing and the nurse practitioners have been amazing as well!! When my toddler needed his booster shot they were friendly and so good to him even under all the PPE! Be patient and understanding as possible right now our health care professionals are tired over worked and doing their best to work within this new reality. Thanks guys I'm so happy to have a place to get great care!

dont bother wasting your time here. Takes weeks to get refills, appointments, signatures, even when you are at the appointment on time, you still end up waiting 20-30 minutes for the doctor. The front desk ladies are super nice and helpful but often have to clean up their mess

Worst medical centre I’ve ever been part of. They send you to ultrasound appointments that they didn’t even book, and always fail to call you and notify you of new appointments. I just came back after spending $20 on a taxi and finding out I don’t have an appointment booked at all. I’ve also received various calls from a chemotherapy centre trying to get me to come in for chemo, they have my name, my number and all of my details. I don’t have cancer. Further proves that my doctor is literally incompetent. This type of thing happens all the time, if I could give no stars I would. Don’t waste your time here.
