All three of my births were positive and empowering. The after care I recieved for my babies and myself was incredible!

Jennifer and Joanna of Team 4 were the greatest support system; I always felt like they had my best interest at heart while taking into account what I wanted my birthing experience to look like. They never rushed me during our appointments, always answered my questions and offered many reassurances when my anxiety got the best of me. I speak of them highly anytime I talk about my pregnancy and labour (where we honestly had a lot of fun until the pain got the better of me). Jen safely delivered my baby boy, who put up a very difficult fight, and she remained calm when he got stuck and was in distress. Joanna provided amazing after care, checking in often as my son was pretty badly jaundiced. I miss them and their amazing care to this day! I’m grateful they’re part of my and my son’s story.

They were absolutely amazing. team 2 was so wonderful and made my pregnancy journey that much more enjoyable. Having people care for you emotionally and physically is really important and I think they did such a great job at doing so. I cannot thank Jamie enough. She delivered my baby and made the process go by so much smoother… I would not have done it without her! She helped me each step of the way through my labour and delivery and it could not have gone better. Amazing is an understatement. These were the best moments of my life and I hope to come back in a few years to Halton Midwives. :)

They are caring, take their time, answer any and all questions and support your choices without questioning. I had an amazing experience with Team 2 from prenatal through birth and postpartum. Sam was absolutely amazing throughout my birth, making me feel comfortable the entire time and really made it not feel scary or daunting, especially as a first time mom. I will 100% use these wonderful women again for any future pregnancies!

My second birth was more complicated (found out my son would have cleft lip and palate and found out about a low lying placenta which resulted in a c section) and my team went ABOVE and beyond to find out information for me, send me resources and make me feel as empowered as possible. Despite not wanting a c section, Katrina made the whole experience SO much less stressful for me and I felt so well cared for and supported the entire experience. The after care is always amazing as well.

I came to my appointments with a lot of questions and I never felt rushed or dismissed. Both of my deliveries were adventurous (If you can call it that) but the midwives were professional and provided with great advice and support. They work really well with the hospital staff too. And the best part is post partum care when they are available to guide you through the transition into parenthood. I couldn’t be more thankful for the care I received.

They were so attentive to every need, concern, and detail of my pregnancy, they answered every question I had with such detail, and made me feel so comfortable. Jamie delivered my baby and I cannot say enough amazing things about her! She made labour and delivery an absolute pleasure, talking me through each step and making myself and my husband feel at ease. I had an amazing delivery and I believe Jamie is to thank for that. I highly recommend this midwife clinic to everyone :)
