s	smma 78 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been seeing Dr. Pfeiffer since he was born. He is now 12 years old and even though we have moved from Milton we continue to see Dr. Pfeiffer, we've only had great experiences with her.
h	heather moshis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have trusted my gut instincts. My daughter was born 7 weeks early so we were referred to Dr Pfeiffer by the hospital. Our first appointment we waited for an hour and 15 minutes to be seen. Few weeks later I called in a panic because my daughter had blood in her stool - had to leave a message because no one answered the phone the numerous times I called. Got a call back from the receptionist 3 hours later while I was waiting in the emergency room to be seen, to inform me that Dr Pfeiffer could see us next week at the earliest, obviously a preemie with rectal bleeding isn't very high on her list of concerns. A day before my 2nd appointment I received a call from the receptionist asking if she could move our appointment back 2hrs, I agreed and I still left waiting for 45mins to see the doctor. This 3rd and final appointment was the straw that broke the camels back. After waiting for 45mins I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told she was still with a patient and had another one before me. So obviously appointments are pointless to Dr Pfeiffer.
L	Lena Jang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Dhekni, who took over from Dr. Kraninger is beyond amazing. Dr. Dhekni is through, kind, and very knowledgeable. She listens to your concern and makes you feel less worried with her kind words. She will refer to specialists right away when needed. I've had 4 pediatricians so far for my 3 year old and with confidence I can say shes the best!! I'm so happy to have her!

Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the doctors at the practice are caring and know what they are doing, despite the lack of communication. The reception is unprofessional and super rude, look for another pediatrician.
a	ana alice lopes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so happy at first to find out Dr. Pfeiffer was able to provide a consult to my son. We were wondering about his development and a potential diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. The actual assessment interviews were great and at the end the diagnosis was confirmed. That was in the end of October and here I am mid December with no diagnosis letter, calling them and hopefully getting to speak to someone. The few times I was successful in speaking to the receptionist, all I got was a "I will talk to Dr. Pfeiffer and get back to you". The other times there was no option to leave a message or the calls simply got disconnected due to their "busy call volume". It is frustrating, it is painful and just cruel to leave families in this situation, begging for a document that ultimately can determine a child's developmental outcome in the years to come. I am not only disappointed but hurt with the whole experience. All I need is a letter. It is what is preventing us to have access to funding and resources to help my son. Please, be very careful when considering this pediatrician for ASD diagnosis.
S	Sheba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think it matters how good the doctors may or may not be, they have no regard for other people's time. They cancelled an appointment we waited a long time for without explanation and when we finally came in for the appointment, it was over a 2 hour wait. I had read the reviews saying Dr. Pfieffer is often an hour late so I tried called 4 times an hour to 1/2hr before the appointment to see if she was running on time. No one bothered to pick up the phone. The receptionist, although polite, was too busy repeatedly telling every patient how SHE hadn't had time to have lunch even when I expressed how unprofessional it is to not only NOT be available to pick up calls when calling to ask about how late the Dr is as well as not calling patients to let them know how behind they are. Taking time off work, pulling your child out of school before he had a chance to eat and now stressing about being able to pick up the second one on time is met with total disregard or respect for patients. The ONLY reason we waited was we needed a prescription the Dr. wouldn't write without seeing him in person. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Don't waste your time.
A	Ana North America on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Dhekney is a new doctor at Tiny Oaks Paediatrics. She regularly misdiagnoses patients failing to give antibiotics when necessary, which often leads to unnecessary ER visits. Many of our trips to the ER department would have been avoidable had Dr. Dhekney prescribed medication on time. This clinic provided exceptional service and care for its patients when Dr. Kraninger was there. Unfortunately, when Dr. Kraninger left, Dr. Dhekney took over but the level of care she provides for her patients cannot compare to that of Dr. Kraninger’s. Parents, if you want your child to be treated by caring and knowledgable paediatrician, Dr. Dhekney is not your choice.
C	Christina Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live about an hour away (I take the 407 which only takes off 20 minutes from my drive) and gladly willing to do it to keep Dr.Dhekney as my child's pediatrician. Very thorough, kind and gives so much information and knowledge to you. I don't mind if I have to wait a bit (I usually don't though) because I know she is giving the best care to all her patients. Extremely happy to have a great pediatrician like her. The staff has always been pleasant, compassionate and accommodating when I have spoken to them.
