I had the most amazing experience of my life and it was down to the Hawthorne Midwives! They prepared me during prenatal care and supported me postpartum! They also delivered my beautiful baby boy safely into this crazy world. I had a completely different experience with my first as I went to an OB, but I wish I had known about these ladies during my first pregnancy as my experience with them was just phenomenal compared to Mt Sinai. Thank you so much Elaine, Lynn, Molly and Uzma for looking after me and my beautiful baby boy, I will be forever grateful and never forget what you all did for us!

The Midwives made me feel at ease and provided wonderful support during my prenatal, delivery and postpartum care. I was always encouraged to ask questions and they always answered when I did. I definitely recommend their services. You won't regret it.

The team are very caring, considerate, and calm. They have all of the information you need for each stage of the journey. I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing experience for labour and delivery in particular.

The midwives were extremely supportive throughout my prenatal and postnatal visits, and efficiently answered all the questions that I sent their way via email, as well as over the phone. I particularly felt well taken care of during the hours of active labour when I felt both physically and emotionally supported by my team of midwives. They were pleasant to have around to calm me down and patiently answered all my labour related questions and concerns, which allowed me to make informed decisions and birth related choices. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Each of them had a different approach and perspective which was much appreciated as I navigated my first pregnancy - they were all knowledgeable, empathetic and most of all personable which helped me open up really quickly and feel comfortable asking questions. All these women work long hours but show so much passion; not once did I ever feel they were in a rush to get to the next appointment and for Lynn who was part of my induction, she was in no rush to get out the door after an extremely long night. Her top priority was to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of before she left, and this was also the case for all my postpartum appointments. Overall the care from Hawthorne is top notch and I will hopefully will get to meet with them again in the future with my next baby!

Faiza is absolutely amazing with such a warm demeanour. I had the pleasure of having Karin and Elaine for my delivery and both ladies were very kind and encouraging throughout my labor and delivery. Being my first pregnancy, these ladies made me feel comfortable in making my decision to go the midwife route. Thank you so very much everyone.

They were supportive and informative throughout the whole journey. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I was with Team 2 (Faiza, Abigail, Karin, Jenny (final year student). I got the opportunity to meet each a variety of times leading up to the delivery, where appointments never felt rushed. Uzma (the office administrator) is the 1st friendly face you meet as you enter the waiting room. She responded to my calls/emails in a timely manner, and helped schedule appointments accordingly. I am grateful for their expertise and highly recommend them.

Very dissatisfied with that experience and lack of proper care, we looked for options other than OB and that's when we discovered Hawthorne midwives. I've been a client at this clinic twice now. Uzma is really professional and good with scheduling all the appointments and super nice to talk to :). The midwives are super caring and excellent at providing information that is useful throughout the pregnancy. I've been both with Team 1 and Team 2 and all the midwives are amazing. The student interns are very competent and exceptional as well! We were very happy with the overall experience and care. Would 100% recommend
