They fixed my monitor very quickly, although the shop looks plain on the out side, they do provide decent repair in my experience.

I just want to say that the warranty work done by Coltech Electronics for my TV was fantastic. They responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. The technician was professional and courteous. Overall a great experience!

I have NEVER experienced such a level unprofessional behavior in my life from any company. If you are considering to submit a service request through This company I suggest going elsewhere. I requested a service appointment for my LG microwave that suddenly stopped heating and the receptionist had called Monday leaving a message to call back DURING business hours to discuss the problem to ensure they order the correct parts. They called again on Tuesday and Wednesday saying the same thing. We cannot confirm an appointment until we have a handle on the issue and have parts ordered CALL BACK DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Okay I will do that.. on Thursday when It is literally the first opportunity for me to do so since their hours are so limited. So I call on the Thursday to confirm the issue with the microwave that it will not heat but does turn on, has no error code, and no troubleshooting has worked. The receptionist answers and is extremely rude, cuts me off when speaking and literally hangs up within the span of a MINUTE! I said due to the limited hours of operation this was the earliest I could return the call and the receptionist refused to talk/work with me and actually hung up without getting confirmation of the problem which is what they were requesting in the first place. I was flabbergasted. I have cancelled my service ticket and went with a different company because I no longer feel comfortable working with this company if that is the face they present to their customers.

TL;DR: My 2020 Samsung 65" TV had ghosting issues. I found the fix on my own by switching the Game mode setting to "ON". Coltech was going to "repair" my TV by changing and installing new parts. They do this so they can bill Samsung for the job and have a pay day even if your TV doesn't really need a hardware fix. This is also Samsung's fault as they couldn't even tell me that the issue can simply be fixed by switching Game mode = ON. I asked Samsung Support Canada specifically about why are they still referring customers to "Coltech Electronics" as an "Authorized Service Repair Center" despite the repair center having many serious negative reviews already posted against their business as well as a few formal complaints on BBB, if you check further. And I just got a useless answer unfortunately. My experience with Coltech is just very long to share here so I put up a TL;DR up top. But please customers beware, do your research and try your best to resolve your warranty issues or Samsung products on your own first as much as you can. Samsung and these "Authorized Service Repair Centers" cannot be trusted.

They are rude on the phone and the techs have no clue what they are doing. Tv under warranty broke within a month of having it. They showed up, left, tv is still not working, they have no clue what’s wrong. What kind of electronic repair company can’t figure out what’s wrong with a brand new television? Called to tell them as such move the techs left, the lady who answered at their location can barely even carry on an entire or civil conversation, just tries to run you off the phone. I’ll be calling the BBB to look into this company. I would give them negative stars if it was possible.

I took this less than 2 year old receiver to this authorized service center for repair. The unit had developed multiple problems, including faulty protection mode, shutting down due to a supposed speaker wire short when there was none at all. The unit didn't have a mark on it when I left it at the shop for repair. When I got the receiver back, I was not given a receipt showing what work had been done. The pictures I have attached show the cosmetic damage done while the unit was in the repair shop. I also have a photo that was taken before I took it in for repair. It looks like some sort of corrosive material had come into contact with the front panel. The finish was bubbling up and peeling in various spots. The technician said it was not his problem that the finish was damaged. I contacted Denon and they said they would investigate this shop. I should have been given a receipt, even though it was an in-warranty repair, and the Denon call center representative sounded appalled by this. He told me I probably would be getting a replacement receiver. A week later, I emailed Denon and they said I should mail the receiver to another service center for further repair and refurbishment!!!! I told them that was completely unacceptable. They have not replied. I am boycotting Denon and I suggest everyone who reads this do the same. Don't trust them! They may just rip you off! I recycled this damaged receiver and purchased a new one from Marantz. I hope they are not as bad as Denon and that I have a reliable unit this time! It has been 3 years since I posted this. I decided not to go with Marantz, as this had the same parent company as Denon. I purchased a Yamaha receiver with a 4 year warranty. So far it's been fine.

I was a bit worried, having looked at the reviews. But…Coltech called me within 30 minutes of calling Samsung and came out within 48 hours. In one hour, Robert and David had replaced the front panel on my 75” TV. They were very professional and efficient! Picture is way better - must have been a dud panel on the original TV.

Just don't. This company is so unprofessional. They never showed up for the appointment to tend to a TV under Costco warranty - an appointment they called to confirm the day before. When I called them to complain about the no-show, the guy on the phone was rude and pretended there had never been an appointment, tried gaslighting me, and then hung up on me after saying they'd call back. To no surprise, they never did. Brutal customer service. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Costco arranged for another company to do the work - and that company responded quickly.
