Terrible people to deal with. give them a part to analyze, they take that part as hostage. and gouch you for the maximum they can and then the repairs starts toi leak within weeks. Extreemle poor customer service . Stay miles away from this company.

After review of your invoice we just want to say that when a customer goes against our recommendation on how to proceed with the repair there is no way that we can guarantee a positive outcome. We had told you that the way that you wished to proceed was a very temporary fix and not a permanent solution and that is how you wished to proceed. As for holding your cylinder hostage, there is no way we can turn around repairs in 1 day. We do thank you for bringing to light the negative outcome when you just try to put a band aide on rather than a proper repair. If you would like to bring your cylinders back and proceed with the repairs that were recommended to you at the time, we would gladly take another look for you.
