★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company I represent regularly deals with Charles Jones due to their unparalleled knowledge of Ridgid tools, which are paramount in the pipe fabrication industry. James Boyd is a wizard when it comes to repairing these tools and getting us up and running as quickly as possible. I'd give 6 stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Running an automotive shop, that requires lots of custom hoses, hydraulic lines, tool supplies as well as everyday items like paper towels and fasteners, Charles Jones is on our go to place. They have everything we need when we need it, and when they do not they are able to order it in, and deliver it straight to us. The crew there are a bunch of great guys, with vast knowledge of all their products and items. For all of our customized items, we deal with Matt, always taking the time to help us choose the right fitting, hose or tools we need for the job. He's super friendly to deal with, and is amazing at making sure we get everything we are looking for. Being someone who frequents Home Depot for fasteners or other products, the service of Charles Jones blows everyone else out the water. Thanks for all the help guys, and keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a few times. Place is great. The pizzas and salads are amazing. I also had the deep fried mozzarella balls. They are very tasty but the centre of the balls were cold, not melted. Maybe I had a bad batch. None the less a great place.

Matt Acott was exceptional. We arranged pick up of an item over the phone where he was helpful and friendly while still being professional.
When I arrived I king up the item was fast and easy, but here’s where I really appreciated this particular employee.
After arriving I relaxed my tire was very low so asked if he knew the closed place to get air as I wasn’t familiar with the area. He said no problem, directed me to the rear of the building where he met me and pumped up my tire, then proceeed to check them all. It may seem a small thing but he didn’t have to take the time but he did. I was very impressed. Matt has made sure you will always have our business!
