How any building constructed in the 21st century (or 20th century for that matter) can have such poor elevators is honestly a feat of engineering. They'd do better to install some kind of horse-drawn pulley system like the Egyptians used for the pyramids.

C	Camila Quiroz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start? elevators are a nightmare, poor management, inopportune and intimidating apartment fixes all the time, fire alarm that goes on all the time (be prepared to walk up the stairs or wait hours because elevator doesn't work while fire alarm inspection!), full of fluff, terrible insulation ... the wind filters everywhere, very noisy. There are better (and less overrated) options in downtown.
