★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was happy before April 4, 2019. Got gas refilled around at 7 am on April 4, 2019 and gas cap was left open wasn't locked / twisted properly was left very loose. And today morning got 2 warning Lights showed up check engine light and AWD warning lights. I checked gas cap which could have been a reason for warning lights and it was just sitting in there not locked properly. Now have to spent might be 100$ plus dollar at Toyota dealer ship to get inspected. Isnt that easy to get the warning lights reset on your own. Have to clear all doubts now.
Becarefull if somebody else is filling gas for you as a little bit carelessness can put you to huge doubts and inspections of car.
Not going to this gas station any more though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On December 11th at around 730 am I got off from my night shift at the Regina General Hospital. Where I am a nurse. I proceed out to my truck and notice it's been broken in to. Security at the general tapped up my window but do to the cold weather it didnt stick. I pulled into this coop to buy some tape to fix it. They did not sell any but had some on hand and the amazing staff this morning helped me retape the plastic. The sweet heart of a woman inside and the kindest man I've ever met in the wash bay. Help me out. I will never know how to repay you for your kindness, n time. I've been lacking the spirit of Christmas these days and you helped me get some back!!! Thank you so much!! Btw it didnt stick either but you tried lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told the kid pumping gas that I only wanted $40. I had to go inside to pay because the pay at the pump wasn't working only to find he filled it to the tune of $84. I was offered a free car wash for the mixup as if the car wash is valued at $44. Will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a diehearted customer of another gas retailer until I visited this location and met Chantal. OMG!!! Her customer service is IMPECCABLE. She has a passion for serving people. When I go to fill up it's like getting my vehicle serviced. She offers to check my oil and water and clean my windshield . I can confidently say, im STUCK here. Way to go Chantal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally really appreciate the full service at co-op. My wife doesn't like to pump gas, and so we are there rather frequently. However, today she was made to feel rather nervous when a pump attendant yelled "hey guys, wanna see something ghetto? Come look at the back of this truck!!" from the back of our truck and all the pump attendants ran over to see my completely regular Toyota tundra.... (There's actually nothing on the back of my truck, so I'm not sure what that was about!?) They stood at the back yacking about something amongst themselves, making my wife feel generally uncomfortable about what they were doing back there while the truck filled, and then my wife drove away. Not sure what that was all about, but if this is the new standard for co-op, I will happily fill my own vehicles somewhere else. I always understood that working at coop wasn't a place for punk teenagers to goof off, but a respectable place for people of all ages to work. However I have seen this changing lately... Not a fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in last Monday, definitely not impressed at all. I dont understand why EVERY pump needs to be "full service" aka "WE SERVE", when they don't even have enough people to run all pumps. 2 pump attendants is not enough for 16 pumps of full service. I waited, and was pretty upset that not even one of those jockeys looked my way. As an employee of the Borderland Co-op in whitewood, I am suggesting that half those pumps are to be changed to 'self serve' pumps. I don't want a response of "we are under staffed" so are we and we still manage to FULLY serve ALL customers. If you were to have half or even ⅓ of the pumps at "SELF SERVE", you might not have as many upset customers because they don't even get asked if they need help or even eye contact. Terrible terrible service, wish I could put negative stars, cuz that deserved a negative 5.
