★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. Amazing choices of brand name footwear at very attractive pricing. Would have given 5/5 had it not been for the painfully slow check out. Having to ask each customer a phone number made it dreadful as mist people don't want to give a number. Fix this procedure please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great place for shoes, somehow over time I had forgotten about TSC.. thankfully I found it again as I was in a pinch to find hiking shoes for my trip to the UK. Low and behold found an excellent pair and a sling purse which was perfect!! Have since recommended to all my family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can usually find shoes I like. Not a huge selection, but adequate. They often have specials on multiple pairs. You can browse without having sales staff pestering you. It's well laid out so I've never had a hard time finding what I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve only visited this store recently two times to order shoes and I am not one to write reviews. However, on the phone and in person I have experienced horrible customer service, extremely unfriendly staff. I ended up having to return a pair of shoes I ordered due to being too large. I misunderstood needing the packing slip that’s attached inside the plastic bag it arrives in. Which is okay I get it but I did have my order confirmation email and she went through with the return anyways without any real discussion. But she continuously shook her head at me from the time I approached the counter to when I left and gave me a lot of attitude for no reason. I was not rude or aggressive with her whatsoever. I will not be going back at all and will not recommend them to anyone I know due to this interaction. Simply don’t work retail if you don’t like handling customers.

At the shoe company, first went to DSW they had the shoes but not the size so, went to the shoe company at Prince of wales,Cashier was so helpful and polite got us some 10$ discount she was assistant manager we forget her name (Shame on me).
