★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stopped by Cloverdale Paints just a few minutes before closing today.
We were greeted by Colleen holding the door for us after helping another customer to their car.
We had a number of product questions and Colleen had all the answers. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk with.
We’re fairly new to the Island and are so impressed with the warm welcome, and terrific customer service, we’ve experienced.
As we left, Colleen’s co-worker even called out “welcome home” - unfortunately I didn’t catch her name.
Thank you both. We’ll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am beginner refinishing a table and used an old stain I had found in my dad's garage, after putting it on it was way to red for what I was wanting. The staff were able to help me find a different stain that would eliminate the red tones and also gave me advice on how to apply. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outrageously bad customer service. Staff was pretty rude right to other customers before we even talked to anyone. Just needed to order some wallpaper, thought it’d be an easy, simple transaction, I was wrong. Had to go back many times to sort it out, was told different things every time I went in, and when it finally came time to pick up my product, only got half what I told them I needed and their response was, “that’s how it is”. Tried to return the unopened product, they couldn’t even do that today, have to wait another three days for that. I’m not one to complain, but I’m still in shock on how brutal the service was.
