★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been in the trades for over 25 years and dealt with many supply retailers. Windsor in Duncan is one of the very best places to deal with in my experience. The staff are exceedingly helpful and there is always someone available; both service aspects are at the top of the industry. I’m also amazed at how much stuff they have in a pretty small place compared to other shops/yards.
I pick Windsor every time I can knowing that I’ll get what I need and get to the job quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just great people. Highly knowledgeable and skilled. Why would anyone go to a big box store that hires warm bodies when you can deal with pros like Derrick and his team at Windsor Plywood. You guys made my day on getting my new metal door grooved, hinged fitted so perfectly. It took me literally only a few minutes to hang it for a perfect fit. Thank You.

My Family has been customers with Windsor and Plywood since the mid 90s.
Whenever one of us walks in, there's at least 2 or 3 of the staff who know, recognize and consult us in any way possible.
Thank you for being so awesome, it's always a pleasure to do business with you guys. We feel treated like gold and always appreciate your input and incredible skills and knowledge that you bring to the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2021, we worked through a full home renovation dealing with MANY suppliers throughout the valley but we were most impressed with Windsor Plywood in Duncan (Specifically Dallas!) for their amazing customer service and competitive pricing despite the booming reno demand and staffing crisis in the valley. They always made it easy to order and even helped me move things to and from my car. As a woman, I often am met with some hesitancy when talking to hardware/supply stores - but not here! Thank you guys so much for the awesome service and we will always choose you first!
