★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this company. I needed a custom made display cabinet for my medical aesthetic practice and called Jay from Heronwood on the advice of a colleague. He was prompt, professional and helped me with the design process. The cabinet was delivered in a timely manner to my office and installed.....it is GORGEOUS and showcases product in just the way I had imagined. It turned out even better than I had had hoped for and the price was very reasonable for such a beautiful piece. I have seen photos of some of their other work and if we redo any of the cabinets in our house in the future I will be calling Jay and his team. We are so fortunate in the Cowichan Valley to have such a talented professional team for custom cabinetry.

We really appreciated their design advice, their patience with us while we selected just the right materials, the professional installation, and of course the beautiful finished product. Their workmanship is outstanding and we couldn't be more pleased with how our living room cabinets turned out. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware. The finish does not hold up in the kitchen!.. "Only clean with dish soap and water"!! "You can not use any household cleaner"!! This is what I did… Cupboard door has been resprayed three times!! The Matt finish does not stay Matt!! Anywhere there has been contact with any cooking oil or or splatter around the stove, the finish turns shinny. I have been trying to get resolved, for almost a year now.. I kept getting pushback or no response!! I got my contractor to talk to them as well. ( He said that these brand new cupboards look like they are 30 years old!). I finally got an email last summer that they would look into and see how they could better seal the paint! They keep telling me that the paint booth is backed up and to wait. I am still waiting and they have not responded again… They also did a book shelf for me in which they measured wrong, They then tried to get it to fit by butchering the door trim and the drywall.. It didn’t work. I had to get my contractor to fix it….!! I understand things can happen, But what I do not understand and will not tolerate, is any business who could absolutely care less about their customer!!

Meghan took us through process step by step of bringing our vision (for new home build) to conceptual drawings, also providing samples and decorating ideas for unique areas. Always worked with us in a timely manner and very responsive. With Jason's expertise, they were able to fine-tune and bring our ideas to fruition. Daryl and the installation team attended to every detail and were very communicative and reliable, and also on follow up visits. Quality workmanship from the craftsman team. Everything is perfect! We are very fortunate to have this local business. Thank you for your professionalism, expertise, customer care and for making our new house become the HOME we envisioned.
