★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bill and his crew at Raven Valley kitchens are amazing! From the start, I was impressed with their view of customer service -
“A customer is the MOST important person on our premise. They are not dependent on us. We are dependent on them. They are not an interruption in our work. They are the PURPOSE of it. They are not an outsider in our business. They are a part of it. We are not doing them a favour by SERVING them. They are doing us a favour by giving us the OPPORTUNITY
to do so.”
-and after obtaining three different quotes, we were very happy with the design, timeline and pricing that we received from them.
Bill takes great pride in his work, and it’s obvious. Our installer, Kevin, was meticulous, tidy and a gentleman, and also someone who takes pride in what he is doing. Bill was quick to address an issue with our countertop, and Kylie was always friendly and on top of any and all communication.
We are loving our new kitchen and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Raven Valley Kitchens. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were new to the area and were recommended to try Raven Valley. Communication was excellent as we came up with a plan and made modifications along the way. Kylie was great at helping us come up with design ideas and helping our vision come to fruition. Any functionality issues were dealt with and Bill was good at coming up with creative solutions to any problems that arose. They did a very modern bar/kitchen and incorporated some of our own material like a live edge bar top. They also did an amazing job retrofitting a former desk space with a modern beverage center and wine fridge in our kitchen. This involved finding a paint match to our unique existing kitchen which they nailed. Highly recommend them for their professional work!
